i'm using hp ipaq 6315 and locked on T-Mobile, i need to unlock it and upgrade to latest ROM which includes arabic.
i have read everything but puzzeled on what to do.
can anyone direct me on what to do and download exactly as i'm a beginer.

I am not a developer, but have a few questions regarding installing the lastest ATT WM2003. I have a Siemnes SX56. I used the XDA-Developer's edition to unlock the device - so thats what is installed now. I would like to install the WM2003 instead.
Here is what I have now:
ROM: 3.17.03 ENG
ROM Date: 05/15/03
Radio Version: A.33.02
Protocol Version: 1.3.3
Is there is any special procedure to do this, or I can just flash the WM2003 that I have downloaded from ATT's website? You can email me directly at [email protected]

I found so many topics of ROM, Extended ROM, and other upgrades. But truely, after searching for last one week, I click one download, and later on next posts I found another link, so I really dont know what,where,and why to upgrade!!!
May I ask Senior guys to tell me all the links, I need to upgrade, and make my PPC happy.

I have a QTEK 2020 and I bought it online, and/so I can't register it online at the qtek website. My problem is that it has an English OS.
I would like to update the ROM version to a Dutch one, but I don't know how the get one and how to do that. Could someone help me?

This is my first post and also first time to work with PDA at all. I bought this device and I am just wondering is it possible to make it working on GSM 900MHz? It looks excatly as Qtek 9090 but without Wi-Fi!!! Which else improvements (hardware and software) can be done on this device?

I can't find much info online as it's few years old but I really want to try sort it out as it's kinda clunky at the moment. It's currently running:
