I already try with an hard reset but the problem persit.
How con I try before sending the phone to the assistence?

this is my second PDA2K i don't want to loose it, the first one got a broken screen with a on working keyboard
Now the second 1 the GSM part is refusing to startup ???
Is there anyway to know what is going on or how to fix it ????
When i reset it or hard reset it shows No GSM & the rom version only???!!

Hi guys, i've recenlty purchased an Orange M2000, its brand new and when i tried to use the camera it says
" Failed to initialize camera. Please reset the Hardware. 36001:100:2 "
I've done with the soft reset, hard reset but the problem persist.
Any idea how to solve it??

2. Check if you have the latest ROM.
Anyways. You shouldn't be getting such message on hard-resetted device.
Probably you'll have to replace your unit.

I have a similiar problem.
When I try to record a video a get this mesage:
"
Unable to record video.
36001:106:0
Failed to add the video track
"
I have the TuMa 1.3 WM5 but with the a previous version of the WM5 it was the same.
The photo mode works fine.
This is nasty, please help me.

Your problem is that TuMa has bad MPEG encoder. You have to use Motion JPEG.

i have upgraded my jasjar today to the latest rom from i mate club,
as i wanted to try the camera i was able to take pictures and video but could not accses to the setting menu, the screen turns black and all i have is the tool bar above....
what can i do to fix it?
i have hard reset it, reinstaled the rom but nada...
ı had smilar problem and ı changed my cam adjust for exp: change all optıons to low ı mean ıf your resolotıon 2m change 640*480 and check the page cam.cab ı thınk found thıs program

Also trying to get the camera 4.03 working on BBv4.0. I have found BBv4.1 too not be superior to v4.0 (excellent ROM). I had the same issue of failed installations with camera 4.03. Anyone have any ideas on how to get this camera working on the 4.0 ROM?????
if I prefer the camera 4.03, it was to save the picture in \storage card\my document\my picture and for the picture's name was the date and the time
as I cann't find the camera 4.03, I have surch an other solution, and I have fund on the registre how to active these fonctions.

if it was for the same reason that you want too the camera 4.03, the registre is the solution, and there is probleme with batterie and camera 4.03 I think

My reason for using the 4.03 version of the camera was to get the GPS PHOTO working. In 4.11, it does not work. I wonder if there are any workarounds in the registry to get it working or point it to the GPS source to initialize.

My friend got this M700 with the perfect conditions!
But after a hard reset, he had some trouble:
1. the speaker always turn ON, and couldn't be turned off
2. The radio FM can't work! He put jack into the mini USB port on M700 and try to turn on radio; but he received nothing. It had an error board but he doesn;t remember
3. When he put the jack for call or music, the sound goes out?
Please, if anyone had met these situations, Or anyone can solve these problems; please help him

What rom do you have installed?
The WM5 original one or a coocked one?
If you still have WM5 maybe you should flash it with the original upgrade for WM6 or try a coocked one and see what happens.
