I can not help you upgrading Loox 600 to WM2003SE. But i am wondering if somebody replied to your question by email?
Also you at least have upgraded your loox 600 from PPC2002 to WM2003, would you please help me to upgrade my PPC2002 to WM2003.

You're not going to find help here for that, unfortunately
The LOOX isn't a HTC device, and all the discussions here are HTC, unfortunately.
If Fujitsu-Siemens haven't released an upgrade, you're out of luck, I'm afraid.
I can't figure out how to upgrade HP IPAQ RX1950 PPC to WM6 ( or 6.1 )
from all the reading I think all members of xda are about cellphones . If somebody could create rom for it , you would be helping a LOT of people .
