ROM from German T-Mobile MDA Pro?

Does anyone have the above ROM? I totally forgot to back up mine and now I realized, that I cannot revert the device if I want to sell it

Why do you want to revert? Think, the new ROM is finally the best solution for your MDA pro. I also upgrade my MDA pro with the latest O2 Rom. And I´m happy with it.
Ok, you´re right. Not everyone likes a flashed MDA pro. Perhaps anybody from this board can make a backup of a german ROM and upload it.
I would do it. But I ve only overwrited my rom without backup. (I was sure that everything but the brand t-mobile Rom was better!!!!)

Hi Schorsch,
I use the QTek ROM and it's the best ever, but if I want to sell the device again, I want to sell it as an MDA Pro and not as an QTEK Device.

Right. Hope T-Mobile will soon publish an own upgrade for german MDA pro. There´re so many little bugs in the origin ROM, so T-M is forced to make an improvement.
PS: Why do you want to sell your MDA? :wink:

Hi All
Should I upgrade my MDA III to WM5??
I know....I have read loads of the posts and I think I worked out I can just slavishly follow the instruction for upgrade blue angel to WM5.....
....but...
should I do it?????
Are there any other pitfalls other than the bugs mentioned?

i don think you will be happy to upgrade yur mda3 into wm5 cuz i bought a mda3 and it wa swm5 installed(upgraded) and the problem was camera was not working so, today i have downgraded into wm2003se by the help of this forum jjust b4. and now camera is working and the other function aswell. actually i have no idea if the camera can be workable on wm5. if not then dont upgrade, if yes then upgrade and tell me how i will upgrade into wm5 again

Tmobile MDA ROM upgrade

Where do I download the upgrade at? I want to upgrade the software...is it really a risk?

you can now get the rom upgrade from the tmobile website. see my other post for info. but can link to it from www.t-mobile.com. good luck.

MDA PRO Software Upgrade

Hi to all
I got the new Tmobile MDA PRO from china. and now i want to remove all the software and application of t-mobile from the phone. so how can i transflash the software and reload the new software. please let me know the steps.
and i hope after that it works fine and can i put the imate jasjar's software in that or not.

i read a lot of other posts but dont understand everything...

If you want an easy and secure way, then just wait until HTC releases the official WM6.
However, i have the WWE rom on my unlocked P3300 (original TMO Dutch). Read through that topic, it's quite straight forward and easy to do.

is there a posisbility to get the WWE rom in german???

I simply installed the O2 Image on my unlocked TMob MDA C III... Works fine and no problems during the upgrade.
