Im trying to do the bootloader thing but can I do it without a usb cradle since u've recomended I use it and disable active synch :?:
please frens give me some tips as to how I could accomplish this task
Thankx Heeps
you need a cradle, otherwise you cannot connect to pc/laptop.
what exactly are you trying to do with the bootloader???
sounds like you are trying to upgrade the rom, maybe not, but if you want to put anythinf on your device, then you need that usb cradle.
you can buy them online.
Don't buy the USB cradle until you have looked here

This is the the bees knees, charges and connects to your PC thru USB.
i assume you have seen the unlocker here?
I have used it on my XDAiiS and it worked like a dream
It can be found in the Developers forum, just search for UNLOCK
Thanks for the reply GUys :!: :!:
Hey Thanks for da reply Jojo & Aphuk :!: I will check out that site.
Ok so I dropped and broke the screen and touch screen on my xda2i. so instead of fixing I have bought a spv M2000. thing is I have 3000 text messages on my xda2i so i plugged it into my pc and although i cant use the screen I managed to backup everything onto my pc! great!
So the spv is currently on 2003
ebay item: 110073760404 is it possible to restore the backup onto the spv?
ok next thing. I will then want to upgrade the spv m2000 upto wm2005.
I have read the wiki and would appreciate if you could just give me a link to the best upgrade possible, and how to bring my texts with me lol.
Many thanks guys!!
Glad im still a xda user! shame I cant afford an orbit lol
I have a Pinoneer AVH-P6800DVD with the CD-BTB200 Bluetooth. This is my problem. Im not able to connect any of my Pocket PC phone to the head unit for hands free talking. I have a T-Mobile MDA, Dash and a Cingular 8525. I have a Samsung D807 and a Motorola Razr that connect fine and work like a charm. I called up Pioneer and they told me that phones that run Pocket PC will not work with the Unit. If any one knows how to go around this i would be greatful. Thanks....
I am having the same problem and was told the same thing by pioneer,,
there has to be a way to do it,, any help would be great,,,THANKS
Can you confirm if it works with Mobile 6.0 for Smartphone. I have the T-mobile dash and was just about to purchase this adapter for my AVH-p6800dvd as well. Thanks!
Ok I found away to get it to work. You have to download some software to you Pocket PC phone. You can get it here http://www.jetwaremobile.com/. With this software I got my Dash to connect to my Pioneer. Only thing is after 30 days you have to buy it... I hope it helps some of you guys out...
very cool THANKS, this works now, with my pioneer cd-btb200 handsfree kit
Hi folks
A while back I upgraded from the Orange SPV M600 to the TyTNII at which point my handsfree connection to my car audio system failed to work. I contacted HTC who couldn't tell me what the problem was (!), and then I called the in-car system manufacturer (Panasonic) who couldn't help but merely referred me to the list of compatible handsets of which the TyTNII was not one.
It was only then that I found out that Bluetooth had versions! I got a negative answer when I asked Panasonic if they could upgrade their firmware.
Considering the audio system cost me £200 I don't want to change it, especially if I then change my phone at some point and have the same issue again. So - is there a way to downgrade the version of Bluetooth on my TyTNII so that pairing is once again a possibility?
I'd rather not downgrade from WM6 pro if I can help it.
Thanks.
