Hi Does anybody have a newer better ROM for the XDA1. The one I have is 3.17.03 ENG. and my Radio Stack version is 4.21.00. o2 don't have one.
And my friends im also looking for Pocket PC2003 for my device. would be very greatful if anyone could help.

hi sanden, I have a xda2i with the following specs
ROM version 1.10.00 WWE
ROM date 12/24/04
radio version 1.00.00
protocol version 1337.39
ExtRom 1.10.124 WWE
At the moment there are no updates for the XDA2i but there is rumours of one in the pipelines... if its true or not remains to be seen but we can only hope, I hoped that helped.....

radio version 1.03.00
protocol version 1337.42
ExtRom 1.11.114 ITA
It sounds like you have a higher ROM version than the O2 UK XDA2i Sanden.
Mine is
ROM version 1.11.00 WWE
ROM date 01/27/05
Radio Version 1.03.00
Protocol Version 1337.42
ExtROM Version 1.11.144 WWE
but that's cos I'm using the iMate 1.11 upgrade ROM on it.

you upgraded you're 2i on the( pda2k) i-mate rom.
i would like to know a few things.
is the camera quality improved?
does it still have the wm player 10?
and does it still have the zip
software?
and does the bluetooth work perfectly?
cus blue angle had lot of crackling in the bluetooth.
please share you're experience with us about the upgrade.

Hi, I have 1.11 but have seen talk of 1.12, but only been able to find it for non-universal devices. Can I use the radio form a non universal 1.12 or alternatively where can I find the latest Universal radio?
I recently put the new Vodafone ROM on the device and notice that it rolled the Win CE version back! Compared to the previous 02 version!

Up right now only had verison 1.11.00 never hear had 1.12.00 radio rom,if you used others device's radio rom flush into Universal that will not be used., 1.11.00 radio rom you can find in Dopod rom.
Then I must have the latest radio rom, as I have included 1.11 in my build. Cheers, will await futher releases! Greg.

For me is the ROM Radio Version 1.46.30.11 because good in gps and most battery between ROM Radio Version 1.50.08.11 is the best in gps but less battery life

Well there are numerous factors which affect the performance like signal reception with respect to your operator, battery drainage on your network etc...
You can try & check with different radio roms which suits best, here they are :-
Radio Versions:-
Radio 1.38.00.11
Radio 1.41.00.11
Radio 1.46.00.11/30.11
Radio 1.50.08.11
