i want to help because my xda2 mini is crash while i was upgrading to english rom . i read lots but i dont find my original rom and what do i rescue reflash my xda2

Hi there , I'm a Qtek user & I'm trying to upgrade for a better ROM. so I came across this SPecial Edition ROM by xda-developers, but what exactly do have to do after I download the thing, & is that ROM the newest available.
