unlock QTEK 9090 (model No: PH20B2) - MDA III, XDA III, PDA2k, 9090 General

Hi,
I have a new QTEK9090 in spain (Vodafone) the model is PH20B2 and I update at:
Version de ROM: 1.40.00 WWE
Fecha de ROM: 03/10/05
Version de Movil: 1.12.00
Versión de Proto... 1337.42
Version de ExtROM: 1.40.147 WWE
I want unlock because have "blocked the wifi" (is blocked at 50% because i can connected and have internet but in 5-10 minutes vodafone change my IP addres and block my connection) :S
... I can't unlock with the xdadev_all_unlock_v1.3.exe because this file don't unlock my model.
Anybody have any idea?
Is necessary that I must modified extended ROM??? :S (I am beginner and I don't know)

If Vodafone has cripped the Wifi that sucks. Upgrade to 1.40 and get rid of whatever nastiness they've put on there.

O2 xda ll mini ROM update issue

Living in Vietnam, I have just upgrade my ROMS to as follows:
ROM 1.11.00 wwe
date 03/14/05
Radio 1.11.00
protocol 1337.42
ExtROM 1.03.166 wwe
however now I get Thai words in the owner info / screen align and actually O2 have new upgrade from May 2005 as follows:
ROM 1.11.00 wwe
Radio 1.11.00
ExtROM 1.11.922
MMS 2.0.0.22
Should I have the upgrade redone or just leave as is everything works ok except for the Thai issues ??

I am also looking. If you find them tell me. I am particularly interested in the Spanish version, but i have a Qtek 9000 English rom in my home computer saved.

I used pdocread to dump the OS ROM to a RAW file and Encoded/Decoded the RAW file to convert it to a nbkbf file
I just copied my Extended ROM after Unlocking/Unhiding the extended ROM and ZIPPED it to a file.
The radio, I used the radio_.nbf file of the original Qtek WWE Shipping ROM.
All these files are in the XDA Dev FTP section under Uploads
ok the original radio was 1.4.02

No the original ROM was 1.03
What was the error regarding the extended ROM?
no la reconoce... lo he abierto con el unlock... lo he metido he hecho HR y no lo reconoce... tu tienes el radio original ?¿?

I know that it is an older version but i need this version for a fall back if i update to another rom and then need to go back for warranty reasons.

The guys at www.msmobiles.com have an article regarding an interview with one of the officers of i-mate who stated that the JASJAR will have an update by end of february.
This was stated at one of the GSM conferences. Don't know how reliable i-mate's word is with regards to ROM date releases, though

RADIO Ver 1.02.00

ExtRom Ver 1.12.169 WWE
i use HEBREW lan. localization software that works well.
i want to upgrade the ROM ver.
can somone give me the exact ROM ver that i need to download and that will work fine on my device?
