Hi everyone,
I have a T-mobile MDAII, I've upgarded ROM (i-mate) few months ago. Currently, ROM version is:
ROM Version : 1.72.00WWE
ROM Date : 03/15/04
Radio version : 1.14.00
Protocol version: 1337.24
ExtROM version: 1.72.126
Now, I try to upgrade ROM by run file: ruu172104wwe_t-mobile-uk.exe, but fail to upgrade with follow message: country code invalid.
Anyone, who can tell me how can I do that.

After downgrading my qtek 9090 from ww5 to ww2003se, everything works fine, but can't run notes application. what i'm doing wrong ?

There shouldn't be anything wrong. Anyway, try a hard reset. If it still won't work, you might want to consider re-flashing the 1.40 ROM. And didn't you restore your ExtROM? Restore it to 16 MB or higher a little bit and use an official ROM. (You signatures doesn't state an ExtROM that's why I'm saying this). Check out the downgrade instruction in Wiki.

i just bought a used o2 exec I want to flash it but when i looked in device info it says my radio version is 0.00.00, is this bad? It looks like its the orignal o2 ROM, everything else looks fine...

Radio ROM Version 0.00.0 Is A Special Radio Used To Unlock The Device.
My Guess Is That They Unlocked It Before Selling You It And Didnt Reflash The Radio.
Next Time You Flash Your Device Flash The Radio Rom Aswell.

My Universal left unuse for a couple months and radio changed to 0.00.00 .
I just flashed it and upgrade to WM6 rom, but failed.
Somehow, use MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe to fix it (new ce and radio) and run for a week now.
