XDA II to a XDA IIs - A Ringtone problem - MDA III, XDA III, PDA2k, 9090 General

I had the XDA II, which I had upgraded to the SE ROM - the Caller ID software allowed me assign WMAs as a ringtone.
I have upgraded now to the4 XDA IIs and noticed that the Caller ID software doesnt allow for ringtone assigning - so I thought I would copy the file from the old XDA II EXT_ROM to the new XDA IIs - and it works OK - EXCEPT it wont allow me to assign a WMA as a ringtone, like the older XDA II (with a cooked EXT_ROM admittedly).
So does anyone know which file I need from the EXT_ROM that will do this?

[Q] XDA classic forum theme broken?

Jumped onto XDA this morning and noticed that 1) the XDA classic theme is broken (everything renders in plain html - XDA 2010 theme works) and 2) there are no ads (I have adblocker disabled for xda)?
Assuming someone is looking at the issue.

Too bad it doesn't convert mp3s to ringtones...
There are too many ringtones apps on the marketplace. Any recommendations?
easyring gets brilliant reviews and myxer just got out today (brilliant android reviews).

There's also WebTone:

It is free, and lets you enter a web site and ringtone name, but doesn't appear to have any browse feature. The reviews indicate that it works well with zedge.net.
Yeah but I would really like to avoid web based stuff

I'm confused. Myxer and EasyRing are both web-based. They download ringtones from specified sites. How is that really any different?
Waiting patiently for one that will access zune marketplace, and then allow me to edit the track. I will pay a whopping dollar for this convenience. Otherwise I will just do it the old fashion way.
Oh I didn't know that, I thought it was all in-app. I'm not really for apps that just open a website, I can do that myself.

I have easy ring, and I used makemyringtone.com to make some...Easy Ring is waaay easier and has thousands of different tones.

Easy Ring is the only one I like so far.
I prefer to make my own : http://www.1800pocketpc.com/how-to-make-your-own-ringtones-for-windows-phone-mango/23188/
If you have Realplayer on your PC or laptop, use the mp3 trimmer... Works pretty good

Go groove flex smart advanced(devils reject)

Hello. I bought a Go Groove flexsmart Bluetooth FM transmitter. It has controls to change next track pause etc while streaming via Bluetooth. When I first purchased it interacted with my S3 fully. I cannot remember if the controls stopped working after I flashed a ROM. (Devils reject v5). However if its based off of att stock ROM and using stock kernel shouldnt it still work? I can't skip tracks anymore and its kind of annoying regardless of what music player I use. Anyway any help or similar posts are welcome.

are there any known bluetooth issues with that ROM that may be affecting this? i'm assuming you have already notified/inquired about this in the devils rejects thread
Nope I searched the thread for the ROM and none came up. I also inquired and didn't receive a response.
