NO!
iPAQ does not support flashing from SD card.
Just buy a USB cable, they are cheap.
thx
but there's no solution to force bootloader from the sd card ???? (((
Hi,
is there any Cardreader for CF cards available that can be connected with the SGS II?
Or - thinking about another solution - is it somehow possible to connect a standard USB-Cardreader to the phone?
Thanks for any Help!
Verena
Sorry for my bad english
Have you tried using an OTG cable?
I know it works with USB flash drives (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=giJXF5pIITc), I think it works with USB card readers but I'm not sure.
Ok I will try this one, just ordered it from amazon.
Thank you for your help!

first uninstall kies and samsung driver ,reboot.
reinstall samsung driver it will try to update just cancel the update and it will install fine. do not install kies now plug in your usb to the pc and then to the phone.
if it detects good if not then the usb flex of the phone is the culprit take it to ss for a repair and be ready to make it all stock and status normal and yes despite the bad flex it does charge the phone gone through the same prob before
I used to have a galaxy s 2 it would not be detected on the pc..because while it was charging at one time it fell down the whole weight of the phone landed on the stub/pin of the charger...it continued to charged though... took it to Samsung repair store they just changed a small circuit board which had the charger and Mic...very simple and fast hardly 5 min...if all fails for you..try this option

First of all why do u need usb otg cable to backup existing rom ?just backup in yr ext sd or internal memory .
By the way usb otg cable is just to connect to another usb drive or use to wake up dead device into download mode .
This usb otg commonly is generic type no brand (in my country )

twrp allows one to backup to usb otg, I personally would find it easier to backup to a usb flash drive and leave the space on my ext sd and internal memory for 'other' things
@wulfie66 Any that work are the best kind
Seriously though, I have found no difference between a budget one bought for £1 and a branded one for £5.
I use one of these without any issue http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Micro-USB...267?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item2a399909d3
But, my preferred OTG backup / file transfer means is a micro SD in one of these puppies http://www.meenova.com/ which needs no cable and is much tidier IMO.
