Is it possible (and if so how) to change BT stack from Widcomm to MS for QTEK9090 phone because all BT power switching utilities such as mPhoneSchedule only work with MS Stack
Anybody tried extracting the bluetooth stack from wm2005 and put it inside magician?
It'll be great if someone could extract it the bluetooth files and registry. Wanna test if it works or not... cuz i wanna play with the PAN profile... There is a PAN profile in the WM2005 bluetooth stack right?
At least that's what's written in the WM2005 bluetooth sdk
there is pan in vidcomm bluetooth stack aswell
widcomm is only unstable as hell on the magician, too bad
widcomm doesn't work with Magician. nobody actually tried the wm2005's bluetooth stack on magician before?
Hello.
I have a I-Mate. R 1.14.00
D 1.72.00WWE
I installed a widcomm bt stack over the microsoft one and also the switcher. but where I user the widcomm stack I cant use a headset.
It connects the headset but all the sound is from the iMate's speaker?
Is there any way to change the registry or something else in order to use the headset with widcomm stack?
Thanks.

Hi,
I have a problem with my bluetooth.
In general BT functions ok, but none of the profile switching programs (Phonealarm, G-Profile, SPB Phone Suite) iv'e tried can switch bluetooth on and off automatically.
I always use that kind of program for use with a carkit while driving and stuff.
My guess it has something to do with the bluetooth stack used in the TP2, but I'm not sure.
Can someone tell me more about this?
Or maybe a workaround?
Is there a way to start/stop bluetooth by code?
H.
Your guessing is right.
HTC switched from the WM BT-stack, to the WidComm BT-stack.
So if a BT program doesn't work, they'll have to fix it, so it talks with de WidComm stack.
