Qtek 9090 broken screen - MDA III, XDA III, PDA2k, 9090 General

Hi!
This morning my daughter stepped on my Brand new Qtek9090 and left af long crack in the screen... an of cause it doesnt work anymore :-(
I still have a Qtek2020 with a working screen, does anyone know if I can use the screen from the Qtek2020 on the 9090? And can I change it my self or is it better not to?
Thank you!

MDA III - Broken screen - how to fix?

Hello,
I bought an MDA III on eBay. Came with an English ROM.
Recently, the screen got smashed (was run over by a car). Thankfully, it seems only the screen was smashed and the phone/PDA is still okay. I can even still syncronize it with my computer. I just can't do anything else with it because the screen isn't visible.
My question... How should I go about getting this fixed? Is it possible to buy a replacement screen and fix myself? Is there a vendor that can fix for me? I would ask the origianl manufacturer, but it is German.
I'm attaching a picture of it to give idea of the damage.

O2 XDA Orbit Screen Replacement

Wondering if anyone can help me with this or has experienced the same...
I got a used XDA Orbit with a cracked LCD screen, when I booted it up the screen came on and was partially usable above the crack. I decided to order a new screen to fix it, and after putting the new one in the screen doesn't light up at all. I thought, maybe the new screen is bad, so I put the old screen back in but it won't light up either. Any ideas?
FYI I have experience in repairing cellphones and flashing and unlocking, etc., and I have learned ALOT from xda-developers (thanks all you guys, you are incredibly helpful, generous and intelligent!). I'm stumped on this situation, is there something I need to reset or a pressure/contact screw that needs to be in place before the screen will light up? I appreciate all responses!
I have exactly the same problem.
After case change from O2 Orbit to Artemis case the screen does not light up at all and there is nothing to see on it. The device boots normally and the touchscreen reacts under Activesync.
I changed to a new screen with the same result and also flashed the ROM with SD-method... the screen remains dark while the device works.
Maybe the antenna contacts of the backcase have all to be fitting, closin some "case open" detection circuit" so the device starts electric power for the screen?
Any help appreciated, love my P3300/Orbit.

Need help !!! Please !!!

Hello, I am from Poland, so please, respect my mistakes.
I have bought MDA Compact III. Everything is working, i have bought new LCD. The keyboard is fine, and light are working. If I touching the screen is working. The biggest problem is, that screen is all the time black...is not working. The AC connection is fine, charger as well. What is going on?? What is the problem?? and what is the solution !!??

[Q] Time to say goodbye to BA ?

Hi all,
my BA and me spent 5 nice years together, during that period I have changed 3 screens and had no other problems but recently BA suprised me (just few months after the last screen replacement) with weird problem.
Screen work, digitizer work but funny, it usually miss the place where I touch the screen 5 around 5 mm to the right, then I draw a note for eg and moving right line I draw lags after the stylus, after I start to draw to the left everything is fine. Up and down is fine too. If I align everything is fine for a some time but when I try it later its messed up again.
I tought that its software problem but after the hard reset nothing changed.
Is this problem familiar to anyone? Is it a time to change a screen again?
I dont believe that its worth, BA is rather old phone but I have previous screen with good digitizer and if you say that I should try to change a digitizer I ll try it (any manual for that? I saw just 4 contacts but covered with plastic and digitizer seems to be glued to the screen)...
Any ideas before I burry my beloved BA
thanks, best regards to BA community and special greetz to Chef Tony
ps
used to try to disassemble it, checked the cables - everything is fine (as long as I can see), they are connected nicely, beside that phone work fine, only problem is with the digitizer
Hello...friend, i got the same problem wit my Himalaya last time n guess what it works fine again after i put a small piece of paper between the phone n the battery..but unfortunately the charging port broken..

Thank you!
How much did you spent on replacement LCD ?
Did samsung guys sold you a duplicate/non-company authorized screen, this would be the strangest thing I heard about any company service center.
I don't think you should be buying it off Ebay without knowing about details of screen and a couple of reviews about it.
I recently saved my Galaxy 3 as it suffered from non-functional touch screen and a broken volume button connector, had to fully dis-assemble and do the stuff to fix it.
