Check The Prophet (Xda neo) forum. There are already a few WM6 ROMs out for the Xda neo. Some of them are very stable and fast. Take a look
I don't know if this is a common thing on here as I am new to the forum but I was really finding it hard to locate the offical o2 Trion WM6 upgrade. After a quick call to o2 they sent me the very latest offical upgarde that they no longer have on the o2 web site. Hope it is of use to someone.

I just installed the Vodafone rom on my non branded Diamond My telco is T-MOBILE But the T_MOBILE official would not install so the Flash oholic i am just flashed with a offical rom of thier biggest concurent..
