Are they ?
It seems to be for me.
Any info from XDA IIs users ?
Vince
Is there an unlock tool ?
No I believe that XDAIIs (Magician I think) will be called Qtek s100
http://www.msmobiles.com/news.php/3254.html
Magician is a cheaper and smaller device than the Himalaya/Blue Angel.
Qtek 9090 is the same as XDAIII
Hope it cleared something up, it would be great if they all could stick to the same name!
/regards
For what I know, XDA III doesn't exists.
XDA IIs is now sold by O2
http://www.my-xda.com/xda2s.html
and XDA IIi will be the same with technical improvements (processor speed and camera).
Vince
Yes, sorry... quite right. I thought XDA naming would be the same as MDA III.
By reading your link it seems to be the exact same device exept for the colour (www.qtek.nu).
Nice with the XDA IIi . I havent heard of any Qtek model that will be released with better cam and processor, only the next model that will have 3G hardware and probably will have the same look as blue angel.
Cheers

I'm currently using Xda II and planning to buy blue angel soon...but i found out that there are lots of problems you guys encounter...thus this makes me think twice to buy. Any suggestions from blue angel users ? And...from what i've seen in the forum, i-mate suffers more problems that qtek does...so...is there any difference in performance of blue angel by different carriers like o2, i-mate and qtek ? Thanx in advance
As you all know the 1.60c wwe for himalaya phones (xda ii) is so fast and nice and perfect, well the xda ii and the xda iis are basically the same phone except for the keyboard, and wifi and the extra buttons... i'm wondering if you could just put a noID and upgrade your XDA IIs to 1.60c which is the fastest WM5 out there right now.. notice both XDA II and XDA IIs parts are almost the same (processors, etc).
Hi
As far as I know, XDA II and IIs are quite different.
Blueangel's WM2005 rom is still in it's infancy, and hopes for official update from any vendor are fading.
The best work in this matter was done by Mamaich.
I hope he'll see into that, whether it's possible to take 'some' of the WM2005 files from Himalaya's WM2005 ROM.
Devices are diffrent but I think that most of the WM2005 can be the same on both.
It's hard to work on these roms. Mamaich uses binary tools to edit rom image parts. That's devilish work We simply don't have good tools to unpack, repack ROMs.
Hi there, brand new to PDAs, I am buying a used O2 XDA 11S with WM5. I have a copy of WM6, how do i install it? Any help warmly welcomed.
let me see your copy, since I have been upgraded my XDA II many times and succeded. just bring to the link,
ok im not sure wear to post this so I would but one hear.
im looking at getting a xdaIIs or a hp 6945. I like both but would prefer the xdaIIs. my one question is what is the major different in the two.
my other question is do the do the xda have edge speed for the internet.
I have heard or read some place you can upgrade the xda to wm5 and or wm6 is that possible on the hp 6945 and is that true. allso I read some place that the xda have 3g any word to that.
Can i flash the Artemis rom to my O2 Xda Orbit? seem it got the same spec, and if it can, do i need to unlock it before flashing? Please someone tell me and guide me for this as i'm get sick of my original rom too many bug. thanks.
Indeed you can - I have flashed my XDA Orbit with most of the roms on this site (including Artemis 4:02), I am not that technical and have used the instructions / tips found all over this website. It is fairly straightforward. Check out = http://www.xdasite.com.
Hey, I'm fairly new to the forum myself, but welcome
Bit of info for you, the XDA Orbit is actually the EXACT same phone as the HTC Artemis (P3300) O2 just have it in their own fascia and branded with their name, but inside they are every little bit identical
So any Artemis ROM/Radio ROM within this section of the forum will happily work with your Orbit, its what I use
