The problem is that I can't use the hotspot on my Samsung a70 SM-A705FN/DS when it's on 5GHz
because channel 149 on which it is created is invisible to my usb adapter..
How can I change the channel?

I wonder if there are some hardware limitation which prevent my Xiaomi Redmi 1s to connect remotely to my Dlink ip camera and also a Tenvis IPRobot3 - both cameras connect fine via WiFi and also worked remotey on my Samsung i9000....on second thoughts, this might be an intricate issue with the many security features hidden in the many dialogues of the MIUI system.
Any idea?
My Samsung Galaxy S8 and S9 have WiFi Sharing where I can share my WiFi connection as a hotspot instead of my mobile data...
Can I install this feature somehow on my OnePlus 7T? (It seems to only support mobile network tethering...)
P.S. Even my friend xiaomi mi 9t pro have this option why theres no more in One Plud 7T.

I have used my Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G for hot spot. I want to change wifi channel because my internal mirror can't work on 149 channel, not fully compatible with AC standard.
Can I do it? I need faster connection.

i am using redmi note 8 pro indian varient. as soon as bluetooth connected, wifi speed reduces. i found that its because of both using 2.4 ghz frequency. how do i change the wifi band or is there any other solution.. help
The phone will switch to 5GHz automatically if your router supports it, if it doesn't you'll have no way of switching it.
(Also using 5GHz only will reduce the WI-FI range)
Hi. My POCO F3 doesnt recognze any more the wifi connection i always used to connect . before this i used the Portable Hotspot. What is the reason?
try making the wifi wpa2 and 2.4 GHz
