Alright, first impression of this kernel - seems to be working well. I installed it on my 8T (Willow), currently using EvoX 12L unofficial version. Fast charging works without any issues and the device feels snappier. Not sure about battery life yet, will need to do some investigating.
Some notes about install, though - on install, the script said it detected ginkgo, not willow. So far no issues with the device. I suspect this might be due to TWRP potentially incorrectly identifying device (using latest official TWRP)... But it could also be an install script issue.

You would need to pack image-kernel.gz into an img using mkbootimg, then you could flash it using fastboot.
Just flashing TWRP would probably be easier, you could flash back stock recovery after if you wanted to.

Weeb Kernel Hentai Edition RC1
Type: BETA
Device: OnePlus 7/T/Pro/5G
Compiler: Proton Clang 10.0.0
Branch: staging
HEAD: 31c5d6963a027
Build Number: v1.0rc1
Changelog:
• I don't give changelogs/feature list before the first release so don't bother asking.
• Add FKM OTA Support
• Use latest anykernel3
Download: GitHub Releases
Thanks to Franco's brilliant work, FKM OTAs are now supported.
In order to add Weeb Kernel OTAs, open the app, head over to the flasher section, "Import a kernel download configuration", and paste this link:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/i...el_oneplus_sm8150/staging/updater/update.json
Done!
For other devs that are interested in adding support, here's an example of how I did it purely on GitHub alone.
https://github.com/idkwhoiam322/wee...mmit/76d7ec214ebc6d43342d66b427fe94aa2d187cec
Thanks for the great kernel. Are there any plans to support custom ROMs, like havoc/crdroid etc ?

i really like legionos and its generally a good build but battery comsumption is a little high, getting disconnects (modem crashes i guess cuz calls get disconnected). i really like to log it but matlog is looping its loading circle and nothing else happens
EDIT: one thing i forgot that eventually might help is i'm using bt headset for calls and when i turn of wifi while calling it seems the crashes stop.

Just a thought, but could it be vendor partition that needs to be flashed to global.? I mean if you flashed full Chinese firmware once, it might be helpful. But don't know, as I said it's just a thought.

Hi, I liked very much the configurability of the ROM. I have two questions though:
1. How to configure/fix the icons of the system Settings? Mine are part black&white, part are colored, different shapes.
2. Is there more info about the battery life (battery saver profile)? What's the difference betwee light, default, moderate, high and extreme?
Thanks!

you mean f2fs or ntfs? ntfs is so stranger in android, but it has ntfs driver in source, try it yourself,
