If yes, what issues can I face and will I be able to go back to stock using MSM without any prevailing issues?

Just a warning: on my OnePlus 7T every version after 10.0.13 has had issues with not being able to call out. I randomly cant place or receive calls, but I have bars and data works fine.

I recently installed Pixel Experience Plus based on Android 13 on Note 5 Pro. It's the first time I've ever installed a custom rom. Could anyone help me with the GCam that I can go for?
