Crashed mobile data ?

Hi
I have problems with my mobile data since yesterday. Im not what ive done, but right after emptying my trash (~2gb's) i lost my mobile data connection completely. I see signal, LTE 4G+ sign but all sites are unreachable. I did several things
- scanned phone for viruses and junk with Cleanb Master (nothing...)
- rebooted
- turned off and on
- rebooted into recovery (p2's based recovery, not twrp) and wiped cache.
- reseted my carrier settings, all, as well with APN name etc.
Nothing helps. Any ideas what may have happened ? I inserted this sim card into other phone and it works fine, there is mobile data connection active and working.
Is there some way to repair android ? Some repair tool, some mobile data package (extract from rom) to flash ? Im running 6.0.1 and at all cost i wanna avoid upgrading system to Nougat because of horrible battery life. I know what im talking about, i used to have N on P2 several months back. Never more!

No service after upgrade to Oreo

Hi everyone,
I am using a Oneplus 3 A3000 China variance. It was shipped with Hydrogen OS.
So i have unlock it and managed to flash it to Oxygen OS, as i need to use google services.
Everything was working perfectly fine until a couple of months later. I saw that Oreo is out and thus decided to upgrade it.
Using official method with stock recovery, i have managed to upgrade to the latest OxygenOS 5.0 using the below link
Oneplus 3 OOS5.0
I have followed the guide closely. Then after it reboot, my phone is no longer having service.
It will show my network SINGTEL (No service)
I have read close to 50 forums before i decided to post and seek help.
My phone info
OnePlus 3 A3000
Oxygen OS 5.0
Android 8.0 Oreo
Kernel version 3.18.66
Build number A3000_16_171116
Baseband MPSS.TH.2.0.c.1.9-00102-M8996FAAAANAZM-1.99649.1.118107.1
Stock recovery
Non root
Fingerprint, camera wifi all works
Both imei are still shown
Here is what i have already tried which all fails on me
1) Verified that Sim is not faulty. Have tested with 3 different working sim cards and it all shows no service on both Sim 1 and Sim, but works on my other phone
2) Tried using only one sim card at a time for sim1 and repeat with sim 2, same result as above
3) Remove sim card, power on phone and boot fully, power off phone and insert sim card and power it on again
4) Reset to default access point. Copied all settings from another phone using same telco access point setting and ensure its the default sim for data and services
5) Using *#*#46463*3* and set preferred network type
6) On the same menu, disable mobile radio power and reboot
7) Perform factory reset from phone phone system setting
8) Redownload OOS5.0 and reflash rom using stock recovery
9) Relock bootloader
Any help is greatly welcome. Phone no longer have warranty so i can't head back to the service centre.
Thanks for reading

Try the 5.0.1 update, maybe it works. https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-3/how-to/oxygenos-5-0-1-ota-update-oneplus-3-3t-t3727433
Good luck!
@donlimck
Try with previous ROM.

I'm a bit worried to go down from Oreo. Have read enough to find out that it may have bandbase issue which might result in a bricked phone

Just updated to 5.0.1 through OTA. Unfortunately, it still did not solve the issue
Take SIM out. Reboot phone. Once powered-up, put SIM back in. This worked for me, even though it's a pain.

Thanks of the suggestion.
Have performed that too on my point 3
Tried something new today. Flashed back to Hydrogen OS hoping that it can detect my sim network
But sadly, it still does not detect.

Find device closed unexpectedly, auto switch off

Facing ,serious issue in poco m2 pro. After updating to MIUI12 I am facing auto switch off issue with the message "find device closed unexpectedly".I have checked all the settings and they are normal. Even service centers don't have solution. Anyone plz help ??.
Same problem started today for me
Everything was working fine till evening.
Suddenly a toast notification appeared saying "Find Device closed unexpectedly"
Then the device tries to re-register my sim card and restarts. And the loop goes on, whenever I unlock my device.
Even not able to navigate to settings to activate ADB, the loop starts before the process is completed.
Cannot reset the device, as it contains some valuable information which needs to be backed up.
Waiting for an official response from Xioami

Verizon sim detected but Mobile Data says No SIM card

Hello. I used to be on OOS11 beta 2. Then I wiped everything and now I am on DerpFest 11.
It says Verizon in the corner of the pull down icons. And it disappears when I pull the sim. I re insert the sim and it comes back saying Verizon. But the button to select Mobile Data is grayed out. It says No SIM card.
1. Is something dirty left over that didnt get wiped causing this? I have wiped many times and would not know what else to do regarding that.
I rooted just in case there is a fix for this. The DerpFest is the coolest rom and I would like to stay on it. Everything else is working and looks really good.
2. Which fastboot ***.img deals with verizon and mobile data? Vendor.img?
UPDATE.
I flashed a vendor.img from Stratixos 11 and the mobile data worked. The fingerprint didnt work so I tried flashing back the original vendor.img and the sim card was gone again.
Can you make calls? You might also want to try plugging in someone else's card for testing or try moving your card to the other tray

[SOLVED] Keep losing mobile service

I'm gonna lose my mind.
Last week I did a factory reset. Everything was great for a few days. Then as of Monday, my phone no longer connected to mobile network. (I'm on Visible, which is a Verizon MVNO.)
I tried the same SIM card in another phone, and it worked — but a different SIM card did not work in my phone. So it must be the phone, right?
I looked at About phone > SIM card status:
Network: Visible
Mobile network state: Disconnected
Service state: In service
IMS reg status: Registered
Signal strength: -113 dbm
Network Cell Info Lite app showed the nearest tower and:
SIM state: Ready
Service state: In-Service
I tried resetting network settings and restarting in safe mode, but that didn't help. Visible said to take the phone in to Samsung repair center.
So I did that. They ran a diagnostic, and said everything was fine. They said try factory reset again.
So I factory reset the phone, again, from recovery mode, wiping with cache several times.
After, service was working. Yay!
But then a few hours later, the battery died, and ipon powering back up, I AGAIN no longer have cell service!
Could it be related to adding a work profile? Enabling dev mode?
Any bloody idea what is happening??
I'm loathe to do another factory reset, as it takes me half a day to set up everything again (Work profile authentication, etc.)
Please help save my sanity.
Thanks!

Try playing about with this app, it allows you to force the phone to connect to specific network bands, possible you could force it to reconnect when it drops out
Samsung Band Selection - Apps on Google Play
This app will help you access hidden network settings for forcing band selection
play.google.com
SOLVED!
I popped in a SIM from a different carrier, causing phone to restart, then put back the Visible SIM, forcing phone to re-retrieve settings.
Whew!
Couldve been a CSC issue?
