Yes, you can. Make sure the update.zip is for your model and the specific firmware you're on. Otherwise you'll have to use hurupdater to update manually and then you can flash the update.zip for that firmware.

If you already downloaded official firmware for your model, put it on root folder on your sdcard or internal memory, in folder named "dload" (without quotes). It should contain two files: recovery.img and UPDATE.APP. Then turn off your phone, and turn it on with holding Power+Volume Up+Volume Down. Wait for install to finish, it will reboot itself when done. You will lose all your data on internal storage and root, so you will need to install TWRP and SuperSU again if needed.

Recovery.img in dload folder will replace TWRP with default Huawei recovery. Also, i was stucked in earlier TWRP recovery, with version 3.0.2-0 it was ok.
If you don`t have need for root, rom will work with default recovery.

Hm, not sure, regional Huawei website for Morocco doesn't list GX8, you could try with rom from this forum: https://forum.xda-developers.com/gx8/how-to/g8-g7-plus-official-roms-europe-t3294362 .

I have Bootloader Unlocked and Twrp
I have already donwload from site ru , the full ota firmware but i'cant flash next update and stock firmware with dload and with Twrp.
I use Huawei Extractor , i extracted the firmware by morph in guide , and i flash it with adb.
Now I have a system working done but with signature NRD90M test Keys
How i can resolve it?

Nrd causes if the system wont install properly so install the dload again firmware
I'm facing a weird problem with my wifi on nexus5x
I can only open/access wifi on just marshmallow 6.0.1 firmware which is MTC20K
I tried flashing around 6 different stock firmwares including the latest 4 oreo firmwares. On every firmware other than mtc20k i can't turn on wifi.
Any way to fix this on oreo or nougat?
Any one else having this issue?
Note : i have fixed BLOD. Is that the reason for this?

it does include vendor img but depends if it gets flashed you can try flashing it manually. Extract the vendor img from the zip and move it to the folder you have fastboot "installed" and flash it with the command fastboot flash vendor vendor.img if that doesn't help either maybe its because you're radio img doesn't match the firmware you have and you can re flash it with with the command fastboot flash radio radio-bullhead-yourfirmware'sradio.img you need to extract that to the fastboot folder too

Didn't work for me I'm running 8.1 Oreo with June security patches. Also my MAC address is weird 02:00:00:00:00:00 never seen one like this.

look at the size of the file, it is only the bootloader. you need to download stock ROM according to your region, for example RETAIL or RETEU
