I accidentally flashed mi note rom onto redmi 1s through Mi PC Suite. And the phone was dead. Its not being detected, neither is the LED light blinking.
Fastboot or recovery is also not accessible. The phone is completely dead. I checked the battery and there was no problem with it either.
Existing ROM version - Redmi 1S 7.1.3(stable)
Flashed ROM version - Redmi Note 7

for those who are facing low VOLUME OUTPUT (SPEAKERS, NOTIFICATIONS, HEADPHONE ETC)
KINDLY REPLACE attached ALL MIXER XML files from /system/vendor/etc ( permissions 0644)
YOU WILL HAVE 200% VOLUME BOOST SO BE CAREFUL
I tested on Redmi Note 5 PRO 9.6.5 GLOBAL CHINA STABLE (OREO 8.1)

i have ported dot os from redmi note 4 for redmi 6 pro it flashed well but it is restarting after few seconds of phone booted up phone is also booting can you please help me to fix it

nothing, redmi note 8/t doesn't have such huge issue
unless its the redmi note 8 pro
A desperate owner here, I recently tried to install a custom rom and to my surprise everything went wrong and to try to fix the problem I tried to flash my device through QFIL and now it doesn't get out of that anymore ...
I tried countless different ones but always the same result.
