You can quickly toggle this by pressing and holding (five seconds) select + down + menu, release all three and then press menu. This will show a menu with System X-Ray on it. Turning this on displays the status overlay, off hides it.

[Q]Home Button Bug***SOLVED***

Three times my phone's home screen became defaulted to the DESK CLOCK tab screen, found in the CLOCK app, earlier today. In other words, when I would hit the home button, from no matter which menu or app I was in, it would take me to the screen in the pic below, INSTEAD of taking me to my home screen/desktop. Also, at the same time that the bug would appear, I noticed that the icon which allows me to put my phone in USB STORAGE mode, so that I can copy files to/from my phone to my PC(laptop), was no longer in the statusbar, my phone was only able to charge itself.
So if any of you run into this issue, throw away that cable, and then do the following:
1)Boot into CWM
2)wipe cache
3)then wipe dalvik cache(advanced>dalvik cache)
4)and fix permissions(advanced>fix permissions
5)reboot
THIS IS THE SCREEN AFFECT BY THE BUG(notice the close and volume icons at the top)

}
And these two is how it normally looks when opening that screen through the CLOCK app

Mystery app

My buddy just got a GS3 used. He said he factory reset it. There is a weird side swipe drawer that holds app shortcuts. I can't figure out where it came from or what is putting there. Any ideas? I've attached screenshots of it closed and open.

That looks like multi window.
It's multi-window and standard on most later Samsung Rom's. Press and hold the back arrow key to make it hide and come back. it lets you have two apps open at once. open an app from the shortcut or any app, then open the bar at the side, and hold and drag and app to the right. your screen will split into two and you can have two apps open at the same time.
open some apps work with, but with xposed and some modules, you can add pretty much any app to the list.
That was it exactly! Thanks!

[UNLIMITED SCROLLABLE TOGGLES] -> DEFAULT ONLY 10 TOGGLES -> TEKHDway,...!*!

What?
This MOD will allow you to scroll all the way to the last toggle. Not just the default 10 Toggles Limit. For example... all my ROMS have at least 30 Toggles... so, with this MOD, you can reach the last Toggle without having to pull down the statusbar and going to full toggle view...

How to:

notification_panel_active_number_of_apps

SM-G960F Android Pie Update Bug?

Hello Guys,
I recently received a notification on my phone saying that I can update my phone.
I did the update and after that i discover the new One UI interface
The interface is great, but there are two new edge bars that appears and i didn't found any options which I can switch to turn off this ****
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
As you can see, there are two edge bars at the middle of the screen, and this is not the edge panel because my edge panel is not placed here. (I triple check I swear :laugh
Moreover, when I swipe theses bar (from the edge to the middle of the screen), it as the same behavior that if i just click on the "back" button.
(here is a gif for the back button)-->
this is a url : gyazo.com/d2fb613644f53ac207481a59c9840040
The phone is not rooted, only developer options are On.
If you have any idea guys I'am interested.

How To Guide Fix Snapchat Covered by Taskbar When Phone Is Open

This requires System UI Tuner install it and then come back here.
The Issue:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
1. In System UI Tuner Select "UI > Immersive Mode"
2. Select Apps for "Full" mode
3. Scroll and check box for Snapchat
4. Click check at top left then click "OK"
The taskbar should now be hidden in Snapchat allowing you to access maps, chat, stories, etc.
Settings, display, touchbar, then set the show and hide with touch and hold. Then long touch will make it go away, then just works in any app.. No mucking about after thst
