Just wonder, I used to have CM12.1 in my old Note2 and having a G4 for 2 months that no root access is painful.
I read EU can unlock, what about Asia G4?
You can root it. No BL unlock yet.

So I have an Asus zenfone 5z and I would like to unlock its bootloader. In theory, I would only have to download asus unlock tool from here: "https://www.asus.com/br/supportonly/zenfone 5z (zs620kl)/helpdesk_download/". However, the server that used to support the app hasn´t been online for years and there is no alternative as the device doesn´t have an OEM unlock option. Can someone help?

My Zenfone 5z has been laying in a drawer and I wanted to install LineageOS but I need to unlock the bootloader; any way to do that in 2023? The help pages with the original download don't work anymore and the APK's I found here, don't work...
