I made a rom for the wildfire S. I removed as much as possible htc stuff. I used the android kitchen. It also have another boot animation and the battery indicator shows in % (uot kitchen). The market is the old layout (i like more)
Maybe its more safe with the energy........

after download install a2sdgui, the program move the dalvik cache to the sd card. It saves internal memory.

Lockscreen Adjustment
1.Go To Settings - XperianBlaze Settings - Lockscreen - Style Options - Lockscreen Style - Sliding Tab.
2.If you have some problem, tri to use other Kernel For Better Performance :

1.Boot To CWM or others recovery, not stock recovery
2.Wipe Cache Partition And Do A Factory Reset
3.Choose Install From sdcard And Select XPERIANBLAZE v3 bla..bla..zip

For me it's not working, it boots and when I touch the android it goes to boot animation again and I touch it again and boot animation, so I tried to click on Change Language and... BOOT ANIMATION AGAIN.

You could try the following:
- flash any kernel for your device, preferably GB and make all wipes including system and just try to flash another rom.
- in sony developer world site is an official flashtool that can only flash official firmware. Try to flash another fw with it
- use SEUS (Sony update service), but if the phone gets recognized as a neo l it would be worse. The same with PC companion.
- search in Q/A forum to see if someone has got a similar problem and the solutions for it
- don't post questions for technical help here. Do it in Q/A
