I thought I'd share this with XDA. A tempered glass screen protector,it's a bit pricey but I've never used a better one.

Good review. Still waiting to get mine (plus the S2 one for my girlfriend's phone) in the mail... hopefuly intact!

Got my fantom today, it was by far the easiest application ever. Haven't noticed any issues with screen responsiveness at all. It shames all other protectors I've seen and used. Looks great with my SGP ultra hybrid case.
As for the light dots, you can only see them in bright light and they are not bothersome at all in my opinion. With my SGP ultra hybrid case it still is below the case bezel. The smoothness and glare are also nice in my opinion. Love the smooth polish, can use it as a mirror in bright light lol. Also less fingerprints on this than the SGP ultra oleophobic protector and vzw protector. Best investment ever since my ultra hybrid!

Mines came in today so going to install it later tonight? any tips or things to watch out for?

Just wipe out any dust and line up earpiece and camera, then work your way down to bottom keeping it straight. Don't be afraid to redo if you miss. It should be really easy.

I guess it'll be a month or to before the cheaper knock offs start appearing. Im really just looking for a screen protector for now.

ROCK HD&AS Screen Protector

Has anyone tried using a screen protector yet? If so, does it affect the behavior of the S Pen at all? Alternatively, has anyone had cause to regret not having a screen protector? I'm hoping to do without...

I got some minor scratches on my Note while using the pen. Not from the pen itself, but from tiny debris on the screen getting caught under the pen tip. If you're gonna go without a screen protector, just make sure the screen/pen tip are clear of any kind of debris.

I went to the Ghost Armor kiosk in the Mall near my house. They don't have an official GN10 screen protector yet so they custom cut one to put on for me, using an iPad screen protector. When they get official GN10 ones in, I'll go back and they will swap it out for no additional charge.
I have had GA on my Rezound, my Thunderbolt, my iPod Touch and my g/f's last 2 iPhones. I really like the stuff. And, to me, the stylus feels like it moves across the screen easier with the GA on than it did on the bare glass. I actually compared the stylus on the bare glass to the stylus on my GA'd Rezound screen before I got the GA on my GN10 - so that I could have a direct A/B comparison.

They are pretty good, but take a look @ Best Skins Ever. They are pretty much the same protectors @ rock bottom prices.

Look into Clearplex. They they should be known a lot more amongst people. Its just better than an over rated zagg (not hatin, just sayin).

You can take the battery cover off if you have problems with a case.
I just press down on my phone as I slide my case on.

And the ZAGG HD is NOT like the original ZAGG.. This thing is beautiful. My sister was playing with my phone and told me to get a screen protector for it lol.. She said the screen felt natural and she couldn't feel or see the screen protector..

Take the battery out when you're applying it. You can dry it with a hairdryer set to "cool".

Problems with Zagg
I am on to my second Zagg screen protector and it is still not right. I got both installed by Zagg at the mall. They looked great for a couple weeks but then look like they have snags in them. Am I just really hard on my phone or is anyone else having this issue?

Does the zagg hd screen protector covers the whole screen?

Between the sensor and the speaker its open.. But the entire Samsung logo is covered under the speaker..
And right under the home button is not covered.... But the sides are.. Just right under the home button isn't..

The best way I've found to install the screen protectors is by spraying the phones screen, then spray the top of the shield, your fingers, peel it off the backing, and then spray the adhesive side of the shield. It'll give you plenty of liquid to position the shield and since your fingers are wet it won't stick to you/leave your fingerprint on the screen. When using the squeegee on the HD shield spray that as well and use very short strokes starting from the center working your way out. They're thicker then the regular ones and can get very small bubbles under them that are hard to get out without causing a run in the shield.

I have a Zagg HD on mine and hate it.
That being said it is the best protector I have tried, and have ended up using Zagg protectors on my s1, s2, s3, tab 8.9, tab 10.1, and nexus 7.
I hate the plasticy feel, the orange peel, and the fact I rarely have one make it longer than 4 or 5 months before needing replacement.
Again on the plus I have never had a single question or problem when getting it replaced.
My verdict is this;
I hate screen protectors, but they are nessessary. Zagg makes one of the, if not the best one out there, their customer service and product support is excellent.

try the XOSkins screen protector. Way better without the orange bs.

+1 i got it on all 3 of my note 2's. Tried zagg shield and within 2 weeks it was peeling. So i stick with the Ghost

I bought a few matte screen protectors on ebay. Very nice!

I got some cheap one dollar screen protector off amazon and it works fine.. Doesn't bother anything.. I use to not rock screen protectors until I discovered soft materials scratch up gorilla glass.. Learned the hard way

I installed an Invisibleshield on my Note 2 and have the installed like 50 over the years on my phones as well as my wife's and kids phones too. The problem is now my Home Button will not work. I think some of the application fluid got down in the Home button.
Any suggestions?

Until I run out of note 1 protectors (I bought a ton thinking ot would be a while before my next device) I am using those...just had to trim them on the sides and bottom

Yea I know what you mean many of my friend's didn't know I actually had a screen protector on since it looks real clear and real good one of my friend just got his GN2 today I just came from his house he envy my screen protector so he's thinking about trying it out. Idk but me I dont like to keep switching screen protectors constantly so thats why im trying this ghost armor see how long it will last me. The cheap sprint SP lasted only a week it was full of scratches from the s-pen and it started to annoy me when I lookbst my screen to view the web or videos I would see all these scratches on the SP so I just decided to try ghost.

I bought a few cheap ones online, but with my gel case, the edges of the screen protector are lifting up (from squeezing the case).
Do some of the other brands hold their edges better? Or do some wrap around the side?
I guess I could trim them, but I know I won't like the look after.
