Help out a Droid X user - Droid X Accessories

Greetings fellow forumers. I would like to thank everyone who reads this and responds, for taking time out to help me out.
I am a very happy Droid X user and I am loving it everyday. I have a few things to make my experience a little better and I am hoping someone could help me out.
I am looking for a case that will fit the extended battery and also fix in the Moto car dock.
I currently do not have a case but looking for something that will give me a firm grip while I use the phone. I have read great reviews on the extended battery and I am going to get it.
So to round out what I am looking for:
Case with a firm grip that works with the extended battery
Case that works with extended battery and fits the Moto car dock
Again thank you for helping out a poor newb. I just can't find the right information by searching the web.

Time for a new Battery so......

Hi all,
Anyone tried this battery http://www.mdapro.co.uk/shop/xcart/T-Mobile-MDA-Pro-Replacement-Battery-pr-38.html
Intrested to know how they got on with it?
It's time for a new one and I want the best I can get in the stock size. ( has to fit my Brodit car holder see)
Any opinins?
I'm sure there are loads out there )
Thanks Folks
Mav
Well, it's been a while now, and no comments, guess no one else has bought a replacement yet
Mav
I bought one of these:
Clicky
No affiliation, but I was very pleased with the quality of service. Battery is performing great, and the retractable USB is nice to have!
He also does standard batteries, and batteries without the added bits...
Only thing I would criticise is the fit of the battery cover. It's fine once on, but does need a bit of a push to get there. Overall I'm very pleased!
Cheers

Thanks Steve,
Looks good, but the overall thickness would be a problem with the Brodit car holder.

[Q] Best car dock for extended battery Evos?

I have one of the Ebay 3000mAh batteries + replacement back, and I love it by the way, but the new depth is approximately 150mm now, and now I'm having trouble finding an attractive car dock that fits it. I'm trying to avoid using one of those "universal" docks because they're all so big and bulky. But the really attractive docks like the SlipGrip don't look like they're made to readily accept slightly thicker Evos. If all else fails I'll probably try one of the Garmin mounts as mentioned in another thread, but first I thought I'd ask what everyone else was using for their Quasimodo Evos...
I didn't see this anywhere else in the forum - apologies in advance if it's a duplicate.

[Q] Gym accessories

Hey guys,
First time poster here!
Got my galaxy s2 last week and was wondering if there are any gym-related accessories for the phone, preferably not arm bands cos i find them too uncomfortable when lifting weights (I do weight training mostly so my phone is usually in my pockets).
Was wondering if there's some form of sweat resistant cover for the phone or anything else which I should look out for.
Your help is greatly appreciated
Cheers =)

Power-Skin for the SGS2 :D

I wrote:
Hello, are you planning on making a Samsung Galaxy S II i9100 variant to your battery cases?
Thank you.
He answered:
Hi,
Yes we are planning to have this one soon.
Thank you
I'm so going to get one of these They look nice and they seem pretty functional! hehe.
Anyone else want to buy one?
It will add to much bulk to the phone and I like my SGS2 thin
Me obviously as the Samsung original battery case is a bit of a mess.
Mine's already broken.
Will be looking forward to it definitely!
Makes your device waaaaay too bulky!
Then bring your charger around always as you will be out of juice easily.
A major pro to this over the OEM one is that you can turn it on and off, and it's a got a silicone / tpu type surrounding, making it easy to put on and take off if you don't want it on specific days.

Battery Case recommendations

Hey everyone. I have seen countless threads for the Nexus 5 Battery cases.
Just wondering if anyone has tried this:
http://m.ebay.com.au/itm/251631021161?nav=SEARCH
Want to know if its worth it? Also, i have heard good things about the i-Blasin battery case and ZeroLemon ones.
Any feedback on a really good battety case would be appreciated
I have the Zerolemon, it arrived today. I can't comment on battery life yet but I'm very pleased with the case itself. It is particularly bulky but I prefer this to the bare phone, which i find far too slim. The extra size hasn't impeded on "thumb-reachability", I can still use it entirely one handed - in fact it sits far better in my hand as it actually has some weight to it and enough device to grip properly.
The built in screen protector does its job although I'll likely replace it with an adhesive glass one in the future, it's a bit naff. Buttons all work well, as does the camera flash - doesn't seem to impede image quality when it's used.
The belt clip I'll never use, and it's useless as a kickstand as the clip itself holds it at terrible angles. Could be repurposed as a car mount though without much trouble.

Can I ask where you purchased the zerolemon battery case from? The case with the battery is not available on Amazon or anywhere else online.

On Amazon. This is the exact product link I bought, but the spec and picture have now changed (my case is black, plus I have the battery) It was $39.99 before shipping.

If it helps at all, the LG G2 battery they do should fit fine, albeit you'd need to buy the case separately.
I use the Spigen slim armor and its great
Since when is the slim armour a battery case?

Did you end up trying the eBay one?
I've ordered the exact external battery case as shown.. Charging full for the 1st time now.. Looking good so far. No complains except the slow charging..
zerolemon urgent help needed!
I just bought a zerolemon extended battery for my nexus 5, but i dont know how to use it beside that ive charged it gor 12 hrs for initial use and it got over in just one day!
Maybe i didnt use it efficiently or any other issue,
If anyone has it please advice me how to use it effeciently!
Thanks!
Maybe users with external battery cases can share how they use their battery cases..
Is the zerolemon customber service good or they don't answer?
Is this any good? -> http://www.ebay.com/itm/3800mA-Exte...18?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_15&hash=item566ddadaa2
Price is good and installation seems easy.
Tommy this thing seems good but shouldn't a battery of 3800 mAh give your nexus a charge more than once? As nexus built in battery is 2300 mAh?
I am using zerolemon extended battery of 3500 mAh but it doesn't give me one complete charge though, but still its handy while you are travelling..
But the zerolemon is very bulky with 100% protection, this thing isn't bulky but as they claim its optimal protection, so my opinion is you given it a try, its worth it BUT @ your own risk
So can anyone give any reviews on the zero lemon case? Worth the money or what?

I don't recommend it for continuous use, until and unless you are someone who constantly is in journeys. The battery gives one n a half extra charges to your nexus 5..
I would rather call it an external charger, or a power bank, rather than external battery for nexus 5..
Hopefully I answered your query, there shall be any other query? Feel free to ask..
Thank you!

Why would you not recommend it for daily use? I'm trying to see the pros and cons. This is pretty much the most solid one of all the options we have for the Nexus 5.

I don't recommend it because I've used it, the charging input from the zero lemon to your nexus is weak, it will take 3 hrs to complete, and constant usage at the time of charging heats up not only your device but also the zero lemon battery...
I don't say its bad, but I wasn't satisfied with it, and yes comparatively zero lemon is the best... But ultimately there's no solution to this nexus battery problem..
U can still go for it.. But don't use zerolemon too much, except at the time of necessities..
Anything else?
I carry a vinsic 20000 MA battery and 2metre lead in my backpack. Just pull out as much lead as needed to reach my pocket. Soon charges with 2.1amps and fast charge. Better than a case imo. I use bluetooth adapter for music and calls so the phone stays in the pocket and I can use my Sennheiser cans with no lead.
SENT BY ENTANGLEMENT
where can buy it now?
hey can you tell me or anyone know where can i buy it a zerolemon or any good baterry case for my nexus 5? i'm from mexico,
I prefer u check in Amazon.com u might get in good prices.. I don't know of any place in Mexico...
