Virtual Keyboard too small?

I think everyone here who has a Rhodium/TP2/TiltII knows what the virtual keyboard looks like. I'm having a problem with mine, and hopefully someone can help me figure it out.
I was at a party last night, and had my phone in my pocket. Someone texted me, and I didn't feel like pulling the whole keyboard out, so I chose the virtual method. Well, some little draw pad came up instead of the keyboard! I'm so confused. So i just pull out the keyboard and type what I had to type.
Checked my phone a little while later, and had some more texts. I hit the virtual keyboard this time, and I have one will REALLY small letters.
Does anyone know how to set it back to the HTC keyboard? TIA!
Hey man not to worry, you can download some different keyboard styles. I just got my Tilt 2 yesterday so I can't really point you in any direction but it's doable. Try searching around the section for different keyboard's.
Good luck.
Thanks for the reply
I figured out what happened though!
In case this happens to anyone else:
If your keyboard looks a little different than usual, hold down the up arrow next to the keyboard icon on the bottom of the screen, and it will show you your possible input options
Oh right, sorry I forgot to mention that.

HTC TP2 aka RHODIUM, Keyboard issue..

hey guys...greetings...
I know all of you are geniuses here, so hopefully someone will be able to help me.
I'm working on a application for the TP2, an tht requires a landscape mode.
Now i am able to launch the program in landscape mode, but the problem is i am unable to catch keyboard slide events. What i mean here is the managed code rotates the screen initially, but, if a user slides the keyboard back in, the screen goes back in the potrait mode, thereby making the application throw an exception.
I tried with the reg values
HKLM->SYSTEM->GDI-> ROTATION
HKLM->SYSTEM->KEYPAD->ISSLIDEOUT
But i seem to be going nowhere. The Screen rotates to potrait, my application throws an exception, and the program quits.
Cant i do something tht the system wont detect a keypad slide?
Cos everything i'll be doing is via touch interface. i wont require a hardware keyboard.
If anyone can help, will appreciate it

Question about keyboard behaviour (HTC Touch Input for Pocket PC v2.1)

I've been playing with my new Touch Pro 2 for a couple of days. Very nice device, but like any new technological tool it's taking some time to learn my way around.
There are two silly little things about the software keyboard (Touch Input for Pocket PC v2.1) that are driving me insane:
Firstly, it gives a little vibration feedback with each keypress that, for the life of me I cannot figure out how to turn off.
Secondly, I cannot work out how to make the keyboard drop down and disappear - with my old TytnII pressing the little keyboard icon on the screen would drop away the keyboard, but now it brings up a menu page (and there's no menu option either!).
I'd really appreciate some help on these two things - I'm sure it will turn out to be something painfully obviouse!!!
Thanks!
Solution to 1 problem!
Just in case anyone finds themselves in a similar situation, the keyboard can be dropped down again by pressing the keyboard icon on the middle-bottom of the screen BUT it must be pressed on the left side of the icon in Windows 6.5.5. (If you press the right side of the icon you get the menu options - I think this is a result of the old option arrow being hidden under the keyboard icon in 6.5.5 ROMs).
Still no solution to turning off the vibration. I now think it's an error (one of many) in the cooked ROM as the menu item seems to be just missing!
...and solved the other problem
again, just posting this in case anyone reads this thread later in hope of answers!
So, it seems some smart cookie at HTC decided weshould be allowed to turn off the keyboard vibrations (we clearly can't be trusted with such important decisions!) so there is no way to do it from the menus.
Luckily Miri developed a tool to control this on the HD2, and from my initial trial of the disabling cab on the touch pro 2, it seems to work.

[Q] How to enable the keyboard while talking?

Just yesterday I realised that my phone won't let me use the keyboard while talking. Also the back-key and some other in-software buttons don't work. At first I thought this was by design to prevent unwanted touch input while having a call, but thinking about it later, it seemed kind of bug'ish to me and rather annoying as I couldn't look up something while calling.
Is there a way to (re)enable all the buttons and the keyboard (while having a call, that is)? The phone is rooted with locked bootloader, running that 4.3 UK generic rom floating around in the development-section.
Any tip appreciated. Best regards and so on.

Matepad Pro 10.8, magnetic keyboard issues

Hey Folks,
I have a Matepad Pro 10.8 (MRX-W09) running HarmonyOS 2.0.
I've encountered an issue that is starting to become a little frustrating and that has left me stumped.
The official Huawei Magnetic Keyboard will not connect at all.
If I attach the case and open to either of the grooves, all that happens is a single flash of the caps lock key.
Nothing else, the connect keyboard popup doesn't appear.
I initially thought that it may be a battery issue as I hadn't used the keyboard in quite a while.
So I left the keyboard connected in open position and charged, still no change.
I can find the keyboard when I do a manual search via Bluetooth.
Shows up fine, but pairing always fails.
Any tips on how I can resolve this would really be appreciated.
