GPS Capture - P3300, MDA Compact III General

Like many of you i am sure an attraction of this device was the GPS function.... now i was wondering does anyone know of a program that can use the GPS to record the longs and lats and dump them to an xml file when a button is pressed? For example i take a photo, it has a timestamp.... i then take the long/lat with this program and save it to an xml then when i get back i can link it all up and then plot it to a map where i was and what it looked like... Anyone? Or even an automated way to take a GPS location save it to an XML and link it to a photo for example.
But really what i want as a barebones is just away to press the screen and dump the location to a txt or an XML with a line or so of writing so i can link it to what i was doing or where a location is.
Anyone?
Would anyone find this useful or is it just me?

For GPS exif data take a look at the following thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=292560http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=292560

ok then that looks great howevs does anyone have a fix for making the minutes in lat and long differ? or have any info on a possible fix or another program?

Its the seconds that appear to be the issue, not the mins
strange though with the HTC Artemis P3300 it works fine but with the O2 XDA Orbit or the T-Mobile MDA C III it messes up, not found anything as yet to address this though - Mike

Check out the GPS Tuner website. http://www.gpstuner.com/
They also have a free program called "Map Calibrator" which I think does what you want.

Hmm i wonder can anyone extract the camera app and stettings etc of the P3300 to try it on the XDA/MDA?
And Mike you are right im sorry it is the seconds that are just coppied between each other.

I doubt the GPSTuner application can do this functionality, what we are talking about is embeding the Lat/ Long information directly in to a photograph taken with the onboard camera, its a nice application though all the same.
The GPS Software is the same on both the HTC P3300 and the MDA C-III (if you check the Exif info it lists them as 29.29.9.9 on either device - not got direct access to an O2 Orbit to check).
The Camera versions are the same but the Build number is different (24865 on the HTC P3300, and MDA C-III is Build 24724, will have to try "playing" around a bit more - Mike

If anyone wants to help, I've been putting together an application to fix this long/lat camera issue on the Artemis/Orbit
So far I have the following working
1. monitor a given folder on the device for new jpegs as they are created
2. query the satellites for the correct GPS long/lat values
3. update code to write to the EXIF GPS values for a given JPEG
I have a mixture of C# and C++ code, which I need to combine into a single application.
If anyone has C# or C++ skills and wants to help, then please PM me and I'll share what I have so far
I've also posted this here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=1217400#post1217400 post #54

Ah that seems to be a great idea i will eargerly await any info on it.
I still hope that HTC fix this issue would be a great not to have to use additional applications.

Orange Homescreen on non orange phone? (customization)

hello to all
I installed Orange Homescreen on my WM5 blue-angel.
It it by far the cleanest plug-in I've ever used! Two problems though:
1. The URLs seem to be hard coded - anyway of changing that?
2. On the contacts "tab" there is an option for speed dial, but it generates an error when I try to use it - is there some other CAB I need to install?
Thank you!
Hi AdmiralAK,
I love the Orange today plugin too, but have had a lot of trouble installing it on the other Rom's for my Universal. Can you tell which files you used to install it :?:
As for the problems your having:
1. The URL's can be changed by editing the Full_one.xml file.
But your still limited to four.
2. In the Orange Rom, some of the files have a lower case t prefix.
Try changing renaming your speed dial executable. It might work :wink:
Thanks!
I downloaded the homescreen cab from somewhere on this board (this was a few days ago so I am not completely sure). I found two versions. One was in the ftp://xda-developers.com/Universal/Extended_ROMs/Orange Extended ROM/
(this one I did not install because I had the otherone already installed)
(ok after a little looking I found it)
I am actually using the Orange Homescreen from the Orange SPV M3100 (hermes device) - this is the one that is installed on my Blue angel and it works without a problem. --> I am attaching it.
(I apologize to the forum for postnig the same file again - I cannot find the link to it)
----
As for the speed dialer - I don't think I have the application installed on my blue angel (I am using the 1.3beta rom from HELMI and I don't seem to be able to find it) in my device - any idea where to get it?
Also, is the XML file that I need to edit in the windows/ directory?
Thanks
google tells me that the full_one.xml file is in my windows directory...but I dont see it :-/
The CAB from the Orange Ext ROM is just the reg settings, its no good without the files from the Orange ROM.
I'll try the file you posted this weekend [if I get the chance] :?
Yes, the XML file is in the Windows folder.
It works inconjuction with the HomeScreen.dll, with some icons stored in contactsico.dll.
I've added these files and the prefixed t files from the Windows folder of my Universal, I hope they're useful.
Have you tried the file ?
Hmm.. performing back up now.. and going to try it out. Hope it is easy to uninstall.
[UPDATE]
Ok, tested out the plugin. It is a nice plugin. Make your phone more like a phone than a PDA. It gives you one hand operation by using the direction buttons, making calls and stuff. However, since it will disable all other plugins, I won't recommend others whom uses Today calendar plugins such as Pocket Breeze, TodayAgenda, TodayPlus, etc.. to use this orange plugin. Uninstall is easy.
Screen shot of it here http://www.coolsmartphone.com/article569.html
under the section `INSIDE`. It is the same for smart phone and pda phone. You will see all the options available. And the 'Today' option actually sends you to the (built in) Calendar day view.
Hi, have you used the cab file and zip file above ?
Ok, I tried the plugin posted here by AdmiralAK, on my Universal.
First thing I noticed was it actually ran on the O2 ROM.
Second thing was how small the icons are compared to the plguin built into the Orange Universal ROM.
But I guess that makes sence as the screens are very different sizes. More importantly must of the plugin works fine.
I'm sure a little editing would probably have it all working.
What I did notice is its totally different to the Universal plugin, none of the files i've edited to get the universal version working the way I want it to, exist in this version. Hence the Full_one.xml, t* and .bmh files are not in the Windows folder.
I've gone back to the Orange ROM, as I have it running the way I want and the bigger icons are easier to use on the Universal. But i'll be keeping this version as I may get a TyTn next year.
Cool program. But too bad, limited customizable.
Hi people,
Great software, I was looking to try this on my MDA Vario. Too bad of it's limitations. Good to try out and see how it works.
Though I was thinking of visually designing a kind of similar application and find some great developers on this site to help me create it. Of course if anyone is interested in this kind of functionality.
Anyone already interested? let me know. i hope to have some draft ideas on here in the form of screenshots as soon as possible. but now it's diner time see ya.
Cheers,
Shah.
I have tried editing the 'full_one.xml' file, then soft reset....however it hasn't changed anything...
did i miss something?
Hi guy,
I've tried to resize the icon of plug-in and it's ok in portrait but no in landscape, I think it's a registry problem for landscape.
I'd like to use the plug-in on no orange rom.
I'll find the way to get more than 4 custom option but i get without icon.
The file full_one.xml is linked with other file of the orange rom so I think that's one problem.
@Shah2,
I'd be interested in a plugin like this, that has a few more options [see below] and works on all ROM's.
I have no programing skills or abilities, but i'd help out where I can. :wink:
@minty1978,
The Full_one.xml file only lets you edit the Labels and the URL's in the plugin.
@filippodisvevia,
I'd like to use the plug-in on a none Orange ROM too.
Then I wouldn't have to kepp hiding my Universal from the IT guys at work. :lol:
The 3 things I'd like to change on the plugin are:
1. Have more than 5 URL's in the Web section.
2. Have more than 4 programs in the Launch section.
3. Have all seven sections appear on the screen [at least in portrate mode][/i]
I'm a littlebit busy but I want resolve this match.
Stay tuned
Concept Orange Homescreen Pimped Beta 0.1
Hi people,
I told ya that I was interested in making the Orange Homescreen even better than it is at the moment.
THESE ARE PURELY PHOTOSHOP MOCKUPS!
Image number 1 shows the use of today plugin as we know them. It's just to give an example. All the other screens speak for themselves.
If anyone has his/her own ideas please share them in this thread. I would also like to draw the attention of developers who might be interested in creating this for real, and not just some photoshop images, please let me know.
Cheers,
Shah
Hi Shah,
Thats way more complex, than I was looking for. :shock:
But, If this was to be built as a new plugin, hopefully it could be scalable, using a .ini or .xml file. Like the real Orange plugin does. 8)
The only I don't really like, is the other plugins showing as in pic.1.
I have other plugins switched on while i'm at work, and the Orange one at night. I find the empty desktop more relaxing. :wink:

Hi ZaForD
The complexity is actually quite limited. Because if you use the plugin most of the options are the same. Most of the items are just additions to the rest of the plugin.
And for the pic 1. I can image it's not that nice. But with input we can work on making it more general so that people will like it.
Personally I would like to have the standaard Today screen plugins visible because they are still usefull.
It's also a possibility that all the items are configerable to meet users needs. For example standaard options like the original homescreen for users that want the basic functionalities, and advanced options for users who want more options. so that every page is user configerable.
Anything is possible in Photoshop haha. but seriously if there are any developers who are interested please leave a note.
Cheers,
Shah
I stopped using the plugin - no matter how much I liked it - because it did not show me tasks tat need to be done.
I would be interested in something more complex than it is now (at least show me my tasks) but maybe not as complex as the mockups. scalability would be cool
What do you think he is trying to do?

GPS tracing on google earth?

I should be getting my new artemis tomorrow. Im off on holiday soon and im hoping that when you take a picture there is an option to log the gps coordinates so you can tell where I was taken. Maybe you can even import them into google earth????
If this isn’t possible maybe there is some 3rd party software. Or any other good gps tracing applications??
Soz if this has already been covered, I have had a look at previous post!!!
There are lots of apps which get GPS coordinates. These are mostly for some Bluetooth GPS devices as diagnostics software. The German .NET Magazine dotnet pro had an article about getting GPS coordinates. If you are familiar with .NET programming you could write an additional GoogleEarth export.
Alternatively you could look after some ready made tools.
Im really surprised that nobody else wants to do this on a pda especially as the Artemis has a built in gps receiver!!!
!
I have since learned that this is called geotagging and some digital cameras with now embed the gps coordinated onto the picture. Web sites like http://www.panoramio.com/ which make a kml file to view your pics in google earth.
At the moment tho i have to find these coordinates by using picasa 2
and using their geotag option but you still have to find the location manually on google earth
download picasa here: http://picasa-server.com/?s=yp_uk&OVRAW=picasa 2&OVKEY=picasa 2&OVMTC=standard
It would be so much easier to be able to just take a pic on the Artemis and have the coordinates automacally embedded on to the file!
Any new ideas????
I heard that the Dopod ROM has this feature (geo coding). So solution for other ROMs yet.
im quite happy with my rom at the mo, dont wanna mess about with it. But if thats the only way i might have to look into it
Here is the solution to activate the gps photo on the Artemis...
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\HTC\Camera\
create a new folder called P9 and then
"ProfileName"="GPS Photo"
"MainCamCaptSize"=dword:00000040
"Enable"=dword:00000001
"2ndCamSupportCaptSize"=dword:00000054
"MainCamSupportCaptSize"=dword:000002D4
"2ndCamCaptSize"=dword:00000040
"EnableRecLimit"=dword:00000000
"RecLimitSize"=dword:0000005F
"RecLimitedType"=dword:00000000
"EncodeFormat"=dword:00000003
"CaptureFormat"=dword:00000002
"Property"=dword:018013BD
"CaptureType"=dword:00000008
"ProfileName_0409"="GPS Photo"
or you can import with Resco the attached registry file.
Some friend tell me that they have on the registry the folder P9.
In this case you must only change the registry value Enable from 0 to 1
That is awesome, great that this can be done via registry. Wonder why htc disabled it per default.

Yes. This is correct when the last ROM you updated from was the Dopod one.
While we are at this let me share my findings:
1. You can improve the camera pictures (at least if you uped. from dopod rom as I did) by going to the ext.rom with total commander and running the cab CP_061025_P800W_CamAgentCab.enus. The pic quality of the plain PDAMobiz rom is worse than the htc or real Dopod one, with a yellow hue
2. The radio rom is not updated, so it inherits that of last ROM before you went to the PDAMobiz one
Cheers
anyone done this yet? im just about 2 try!
It works!!!!! if you upload your pics to http://www.panoramio.com they will then create a kml file to view in google earth!
Cheers guys!!!
Yes, it works!
If you start the camera application,m you have to choose a different Profile in the left top of the screen.
Choose the Camera-sign with the cross, so the phone tries to get a GPS-Fix.
If the fix is established, you can make a photo.
But is the any other possibility to use the new information in Google Earth as panoramio?

I've tried this and suceed to take photos. But how and where can I see them geo-referenced??
if you download googles free picture viewer/editor in properties you will find the coordinates. make sure that you have selected the gps mode on the camera it will flash up searching for gps signal.
GPS-mode in camera works great, thank you very much. However I've lost vibration function for incoming calls, probably coincidentally, but I'm not sure.

For the vibration function try to see in HKCU\ControlPanel\Sounds\RingTone0\Script
you must have in the script a v with a number i.e v2 means vibrate for two second, or v0 vibrate always...

GPS/EXIF Camera Option WM6 - partly solved

since I've updated to O2-GER WM6, and enabled the GPS Option in the registry, it's not working any more as it does in WM5. I can take photos in that mode, but when I switch to it, the GPS is not activated as in WM5, and no exif data are available.
Anyone an idea?
Edit: I've posted a workarround in #7
Ahh it would be nice if this worked out because the lat:long on the old version of gps-photo taking in WM5 was broken.
Peter? Are you saying that it doesn't ind a signal so trips out? Have you changed any defualt settings for the GPS config? eg Com 4?
Also want to see the registry hack for this one.
Same settings as in WM5, and same registry entrys. I had hoped, that the lat/long buck would be solved, but the problem grows.
In WM5, you could see, that GPS would be enabled, if you change to that camera mode. - Flasching GPS-LED and runnig dots in the lower right corner of the screen during GPS.sync. That doesn't occur since WM6
The attached file is the WM5 registry entry !
Same problem here GPS photo mode do not work any more on wm6
the option is there but GPS does not work
This might be a solution for that problem
http://www.mobile2day.de/news/news_details.html?nid=11575
But it didn't work with my WM6 Orbit in the demo version.
I apologize that the Link shows only a german web site
Meanwhile I've found a workarround with the internal funktion.
The lat/long bug semms to be solved!
First I've enabled the P9 camera funktion.
When I start the camera the first time, a screen appears, where I am asked, where to store the images. It doesn't matter what I choose, but the 'don't show this message again' should not be marked.
When I now choose the GPS Exif mode, it works.
When I start the camera a second time, it wont work, if the screen where to store the images doesn't appear. So I have to choose the internal memory in the upper task bar. Closing the canmera and starting again, the desired sceen appears again, and the GPS funktion is working.
I've tested it with the O2Ger WM6
Hi can anyone fill me in here If I understand correctly you can take a photo in GPS mode.
I cant find this anywhere Iam still using WM5 not 6 so where can I find this capability, hope you can help..
Take the registry file, I've posted in #4, and add it to the xda registry, and in the camera menue is the GPS mod enabled. But ther is another bug in WM5, so You got a position error in east-west direction up to 1/2 mile
excuse me being stupid where is the registry i cant find it LOL
No matter!
The attached file camera_gps.zip in my post #4 in the beginning of this this thread includes the registry entry for WM5
What do you do with GPS embedded photos?
Hi guys,
I am able to take GPS photos with my HTC P3300. Could anyone please tell me what to do with them? Sorry for the STUPID question but can they be used as POI's for Tomtom? If YES, how?
Thanks for your help!
You can regard the place where You took those GPS photos in google earth.
These function is implemented in several pc viewers, e.g. irfan view.
I am with you guys so far but how and where do I paste it to . I cant find how to paste to the registry could someone help please
I imagine its easy and I am just being stupid but I cant work it out
Thanks
Thanks for your prompt reaction...
Is this the only thing we can do with these photos? I thought that we could use them with TomTom or other nav applications.... Please let me know. Thanx

You need a registry editor like Resco Registry
Go to HKLM/ Software/Htc/Camera/P9
and set enable to '1'
thats all
still doesn't work, i see the exifcamera icon in the setting of the cam and yes enabled the p9..but gps doesn't start. no blinking orange left led.
any updates fro wm6?
See my post #7. There I have described the workarround
i did it, but it didn't worked...so i tried it again.
i went with resco to the key and yes it was already enabled. so i put again 1 in de key and saved it over and damn NOW IT WORKS!
just one time till you turn the cam off (you can take as many pictures if you like), so as i understand it, everytime you want to do it you have to save the key again to use it.
Thanks a million dude, lets wait now for someone to solve it permenantly.

Well you also need to go in the camera settings and change the mode to "GPS Photo". Why on earth was GPS photo disabled on the O2 Orbit!!! They missed a massive opportunity there I think.

Do images rotate on turning the device without opening the keyboard?

Do images rotate on turning the device without opening the keyboard? like on HD or Diamond? Because in my TP2, images do not rotate on turning the device as it is supposed to due to g-sensor .... isn't it? Does it have to be activated somehow or is it not possible in TP2 ... which will be strange.

by default rotation with gyro does not work on Rhodium.
You can use gyrator2 if you wish to enable this functionality.
Cheers,

I have the same problem. Screen rotates in opera, but not in Album.
same here, and gyrator is not the perfectly program for this... its slow, and it isn't integrated with WM after install. its just a stand-alone app what runs as the same way as other programs (you can also close it by taskmanager).
Also taksmanager doenst close programs by clicking [X] ?? (even when i select it)...
Attached regisry that will enable a lot of programs in G-sensor.
You also can edit by notepad to remove program that you are not like.

Doesn't it slow the device?
What programs do you suggest to be rotating without the screen sliding out and what programs do you think shouldn't flip to landscape because it gets annoying?

The same question could be applied to many things HTC have done with the Rom on the Rhodium.
At the end of the day, do what we do best here, add the functionality that you want, then fix any problems that occur afterwards.
I haven't noticed any adverse affects using gyrator, as yet anyway.

Doesn't it automatically display the picture at the maximum size? Meaning if it is a landscape picture it displays it in landscape and if it is a portrait picture it displays it in portrait? I actually prefer the way it is done in the new album which I am running on my FUZE.

i am still trying to get the gyrator to work on my pro2.
did you also have issues with the dotnet thing?
Hello, brilliant suggestion from bigjezza. Myself I'm trying to get Microsoft Reader to react to my phone's gyrations. However when I bring up Gyrator 2 the MS Reader app is not listed. Actually it never came up in my program-list in the first place even though it did install and runs perfectly. Had to stick a shortcut in the Windows/Start-menu.
Any suggestion on how to get MsReader onto Garator's list, or does anyone know what the relevant data is for MsReader just like that?
Many thanks/McHan

New TP2 user - several queries

Hi, first post here. I finally replaced my 6 year old iPAQ 2210/2215 with an HTC Touch Pro 2 a couple of days ago. I'd appreciate advice on a few points please. Hope it's OK to raise multiple topics like this? I also posted to HTC forum yesterday but so far no replies.
1. I make/receive relatively few mobile phone calls so I prefer to use the TP2 in a rather similar mode to previously. IOW, more as a Pocket PC than a phone. Am I right that the Today screen cannot co-exist simultaneously with TouchFlo3D - it's one or the other?
2. Assuming that's the case, is there some way I can quickly restore the TouchFlo UI when I do need it? Or must I go through Settings > Today > Items and re-check that box (losing all my other checkmarks)?
3. I can get to most of the TouchFlo features anyway from the Today screen. But one at least has defeated me: that nice Weather program, which I like a lot. Any suggestions on how to build a shortcut to it please, even if not with the fancy animation?
4. I'm concerned to maximise battery life. I can turn off WiFi and Blutetooth. Is it possible to turn off GPS when I'm not using it?
5. I've so far not found a built-in backup tool (like iPAQ Backup). Is there one, or must I use a 3rd party tool like Sprite Backup?
6. Is there an executable somewhere on my TP2 that will rotate the screen please? When I add Pocket Plus to my Today screen, that has such a toggle tool under one of its tabs. But, despite having only just paid for Pocket Plus (which I've happily used for years on the 2210/15), I don't think I'm going to get on with this latest version, so I need an alternative rotate tool.
Sorry for what's turned out to be a rather long first post!

1. Completely right, but you can use SecondToday (freeware) as a shortcut to the "old" today screen.
2. See 1
3. Stay with the Today screen in combination with secondtoday
4. No, you cannot turn off the GPS, but what helps a lot is to put the band of the telephone fixed to GPRS, not UMTS/3G/HSDPA. That saves your battery a lot.
5. No there isn't, you must look for Sprite, SPB or sunnysoft backup.
6. Try Flip-it, it works automatically with your Gsensor. Otherwise look for Gyrator or ChangeScreen
Hopes it gets you going
Re backup software. dotfred.net's pimbackup is a handy tool to transfer personal info and can be scheduled.
I am using Second Today.. works great!! love it!! Just like you, can't live without the WM today screen.
Thanks all, appreciate the replies so far. Will try SecondToday. I'm still experimenting with Today plug-ins such as Pocket Plus and PocketBreeze.
I have another query but will post separately about it as it's an application problem.

Hmm, wonder what I'm doing wrong here? I downloaded SecondToday.CAB and copied it to TP2, then tried to execute it. But nothing happened.

Just to add.
GPS is turned off all the time unless an application is polling it.
So unless you leave the GPS test,GPSToday, Google Maps, Tomtom, iGo or whatever running, it will be off.

Thanks labbbby, that's good to learn. My main app is Memory-Map, which I use for planning walks (hikes) and recording them etc. On a 6 mile walk the other day I was a bit disappointed to find that my battery was down to about 50%. So extrapolating to a full day's trek (say 12-15 miles) it would be on the limit. Reckon I'll have to invest in a spare.

Try a search on SecondToday for other download sites, maybe you where unfortunate to get a faulty install file...
Hi,
- I would advice you to use TouchFloDetacher, works better than mToday or SecondToday AND it has an easy softkey changer so you can switch easily between TF and Today
- My favorite weatherplugin: WeatherBugDirect_PPC_VGA. Works great but maybe not fancy enough (?)
- Rotators enough: there is a cab somewhere on this forum that does it by changing some reg setting: is better because all the others (i think) are separate programs that need to be running in the background using up mem!
hope this helps a bit ... (still a TP2 beginner myself)

I feel I must correct others:
4.- yes, GPS is switched automatically off when no program listens to the virtual COM port that they see (the driver monitors it), and started when a program connects to it.
It is also switched off in suspend mode, if you would like to log track with PPC "off" - see my program at www.madhacker.org that changes the way the driver behaves.

Ron: Turned out to be down to my stupidity. I tried to execute SecondToday.CAB from my PC! Installed OK of course when done properly from Resco File Explorer on the TP2.
But can you help me get it working please? I first ran the CAB while in TouchFlo mode. Should I then see any evidence of it on the main screen (purple, with large digital clock)? I didn't see anything obvious so went to All Programs. There I found 3 relevant entries:
SToday Quit
SToday Settings
Second Today
I clicked the last and got an empty Today screen, with the left softkey 'Calendar' and no softkey on the right. I clicked that blank area anyway, as I couldn't find anything else, but that gave the error message "This file cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate or one of its components cannot be found..."
That mention of a trusted certificate is puzzling. When installing from the PC desktop I've been getting an alert about that and clicking Yes to proceed. But when installing from this SecondToday.CAB that didn't happen.

Thanks Curehead. Not sure if you've seen my reply to Ron about SecondToday, but I'm having the same frustration with TouchFloDetacher! I'm sure it will turn out to be down to some basic mistake on my part.
I ran TFDetacher.CAB in Resco File Explorer while TouchFlo was on. Then, as I couldn't see any more direct way, in All Programs I found 'Hide TouchFlo' and clicked it. That gave me the error message "Unable to find TouchFlo Detacher Service". I also tried re-installing when in Today mode, but got into a similar mess there too.

AlCapone: Many thanks, I've duly installed GPSTweaker.exe which sounds exactly what I need!
If I've understood correctly this means that while using Memory-Map to record my walks I will be able to switch off (suspend) my TP2 to minimise use of the battery, yes? But I'm not clear how Mem-Map will still be tracking while the TP2 is suspended? Unless it does, there's not much point keeping GPS running?

Ron,
I started with Gyrator but I'm totally baffled as to how to set it up. I read earlier in an article about it something to the effect that "Install the MS.NET stuff and the CAB and it just works." Not here it doesn't.
After reset I got a sort of setup screen I didn't really follow so I opened the 'Events' window only to get a complex settings window that meant nothing to me. I'm not normally this dense! Is it meant to be understandable by mere end users rather than programmers/developers?
Is there a reasonably simple step-by-step on how to set it up you can point me to please?
I was hoping for a program that would simply install itself and then either automatically rotate every screen or let me do so at the tap of a command.
I'll try Flip-It now.
Edit:
Gave up on Gyrator and didn't try Flip It following further study. But instead I'm pleased to report that late last night I eventually got ChangeScreen working. The only one I found comprehensible!
BTW, its default was set not to rotate TouchFlo screens, so I had to change that. Why would that not be generally regarded as desirable please?
