Hello, everyone.
I had a moto g6 play, and am trying to find a custom rom (Android 11, or 12) for model, XT-1922-9.
Not too lucky, i only find one, lineageos 18, working on this model. but still has a little issue, the sound is very louder and noisy during incoming call, it looks like the speaker balance of this rom is not good, but it is only one working for this model, I tried everyone which i found online, even Telegram(the moto g6 play group), there are lot of roms for jeter, i almost tried everyone of them, none of them are working for sound, there always has sound issue, can not hear any sound from earpieces, only working on headset. Or the rest of them are excellent, even android 12, works very good on my phone.
It is so frustrated, i tried one persion solution, but it did not work on my phone. (
xt-1922-9 no sound from speaker, tried all custom rom and cannot flash stock rom, HELP PLEASE!

I tried all custom roms possible and no one have sound, only with earphones. I'm pretty sure it's note mo phone defective because was working before and didnt drop on the floor. Any help would be immensely appreciated. Thanks.

I have a ROM on my phone that is compiled for jfltetmo(TMO S4) and it functions perfectly, except the sound/mics do not work. PERIOD. sound over bluetooth, calls, speaker, ect. nothing. My question is, has any dev here that may have compiled a rom for this phone, or any other phone for that matter, had an issue where the speakers and mics just do not work? And do you know where the fix may lie? i will post a few logcats here if it helps. This is the only major issue standing in the way of having a new, possibly wanted, ROM for our phone
My Samsung T989, which was running Cyanogen 10.1.3, recently starting having the problem where I wasn't getting any sound from the earpiece during calls.
Speaker phone works, headphones work and the person on the other end can hear me (so microphone works). But nothing from the earpiece.
I've tried every setting but nothing. I've also tried Cyanogen 11 just to see if perhaps it was a bug that has been fixed, but still no sound, so I assume that this is a hardware problem.
Is there any way of diagnosing this better as either hardware or software? Any known fixes?
WTF is the deal with AOKP 10.1 MR2 and Sound

You are not the only one. Mine the sound other than calls is GONE! I am trying to figure this out. Tried to Flash the ROM from a clean flash with reset to factory and the works and went directly to AOKP ROM Directly with the latest Gapps. No dice. The phone ear piece works but speaker phone and any thing else via the speaker does not work any longer. I am dead in the water here and need a fully functional phone.
This is not my first rodeo. I have flashed many Andriod devices, Cliq+, Nexus S, Nook Color, Acer 500 etc... and the Galaxy S II.
Heck I am also now having issues with the CWM Recovery as well. I can not flash it current. The CWM ROM Manager says flashing and never completes. It has Root privileges. Really has me beside myself at the moment and it is my primary driver so it is interfering with WORK now and really has been ANGRY!
Maybe try out different radios or make sure you using the required version of TWRP?
I'm using UVMC6
Hey there,
I'm currently running a OP3 with the OmniDragon 8.1 ROM and previously the ResurrectionRemix ROM. However, I do not believe this issue to be a ROM issue so that's why I'm posting here instead.
I've recently been having some issues with bluetooth and was hoping someone could help. I can connect my phone to my cars handsfree system perfectly fine and it works correctly. I can play music via Spotify and any other music player fine.
However, as soon as I make or receive a phone call I'm left where the person can't hear me, and I can't hear them. I can't even hear the ringing tone when phoning someone. However, as soon as I turn it from bluetooth back to the phone or just regular speaker, it works fine.
This previously was not the case when I was running Nougat.
But as soon as I upgraded to 8.1 this issue started happening.
I don't think it has anything to do with the ROM and is actually something to do with perhaps OP3 Firmware/Modem or something similar.
Car hands free works fine with other phones like an iPhone, so that's out of the question.
I've attached a catlog to this post from when this issue was happening in the car, so hopefully someone can narrow it down for me.
Any help is appreciated!
Actually many roms have been having issues with BT calls. It's due to some of the changes in the telephony package.
Hello, did you manage to find any Oreo rom that fixed this issue for you? Would appreciate any tips.
I too have had similar issues with Oreo and OnePlus 3. Using an handsfree Jabra Freeway and the microphone often does not work when I answer or phone someone during a drive. Which is extremely annoying and dangerous.
I had hopes that with the release of some alpha Android Pie roms, these BT issues would be fixed. But the issue seem to persist, at least for my device.
My only fix was to go back to nougat. The most stable rom i've found is the unofficial lineage 14.1 by sultan. This have been my daily driver for awhile now and seems to work fine.
Hi everyone!
I was on the official last rom and the loudspeaker doesn't work, ok, i change to the Pixel Experience and the loudspeaker doesn't work too, so, i can't be the rom, so i bought a new loudspeaker but it doesn't work too, i don't have idea what it can be, if i put the tweak of use the both speaker only works the ear speaker.
I already clean the contacts from the loudspeaker and is the same, doesn't work.
I have the same issue. Have tried every possible ROM and still does not work. Gave the phone to LG and they quoted a motherboard replacement.
After a lot of research and experimenting I found out it is stuck on headphone mode.
To fix this I use XOverideHeadphoneJack via xposed and it solves all the problems.
Hope it helps
Thank You
Hello everyone, hope all is well today. Here is my issue, anytime I flash a custom rom to my Motorola One Action (XT2013-4) everything will work fine, except for my Bluetooth. While, it will connect, when trying to play music via Bluetooth via my portable Bluetooth speaker and my Samsung Galaxy Buds + earbuds, the only sound I will get is either a god awful static like noise or silence and the track will act like it is buffering within the Pandora app. I've tried a couple Magisk modules with no luck. I am usually pretty good at figuring stuff like this out, but this one has me stumped, which causes me to get annoyed and revert back to the stock rom with root, but I'd really like to upgrade to a version of 11.
If anyone can help me out with a fix, I'd be forever grateful,
Thank yall and have a great day.

Happens on any rom I try that isn't stock rom
Try changing the BT options on dev options, never happened to me but it may help.
Tried that as well, with no luck
