Bluetooth refuses to turn on (S20+ G986U) - Samsung Galaxy S20 / S20+ / S20 Ultra Questions &

This is a simple problem, and there should be a simple solution, but I've tried pretty much everything and nothing works.
My s20+ has had bluetooth issues for a long time, where it would randomly turn on and off by itself without me doing anything. When it turn off, I can never turn it back on, no matter what i try. Every time i go into settings, i switch the bluetooth slider to 'on', but it won't turn on and instead the slider stays a little grayed out (see the photo below). When i exit the settings, it reverts back to being off. This is really annoying and I tried many things to fix it, such as booting into safe mode and seeing if it works there (it doesn't), turning airplane mode on and off, resetting network settings, clearing the android cache partition, and even factory reset, and nothing has helped. I also tried to flash the phone with stock firmware, and I was unsuccessful twice, but that issue is for another day.
And if you're wondering, bluetooth does work. When it magically turn on for a few minutes, i can connect my wireless earbuds and use them normally. My issue is that it just doesn't turn on. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

New Note 3, couple issues

So, I love this phone and hate it at the same time.
First off, just at random, the BT, Wi-Fi or GPS will just turn off. Has not happened for a couple days, nothing has really changed.
Now the big issues. These are driving me nuts....
I have a Pyle PLDN74BTi (don't laugh, it was dirt cheap) and it supports Bluetooth audio and tagging and speakerphone from a BT phone. All the features work except the tagging. I cannot get BT to display the audio info or the phone info.
Second, I just bought an iBolt xProDockX. When I dock it, the phone recognizes its docked, but it will not open the doc app upon dock. I look in the default apps, and the dock isn't even listed. I purchased Car Home Ultra and it wont auto open, I even install the dock&drive app from iBolt and it wont auto open upon docking either.
Anyone else having these stupid issues with their phone? I have cleared all the apps, and I have restarted the phone. No Dice.
You posted this in the S3 forum, not the Note 3... I doubt you will get any help here

[Q] Massive cell standby battery drain when on WiFi Calling

Has anyone noticed this on their Edge? I'm running the latest software release including the OTA. On my previous phone the GS4, I never had the same issue with WiFi calling and this type of drain in the same location.
So far, I've tried turning off VoLTE, but I'll need a few days to see if it makes a difference. Any one else have other suggestions?

There is a discussion going here about this:

Some are saying turning off wifi fixes it. I'm testing it now
Turning off WiFI fixes the issue. This is what you should do: Turn off wifi, fully charge phone, restart.
Thanks, I'll give that a try. It should be a permanent fix correct? Hopefully there's a software update soon.
Ok...So here are my current stats. I had Wi-Fi off the whole time. About twenty minute phone call, web browsing, about 1.5 hours of audio streaming with screen off.
I am okay with this and think it will just get better as the phone settles in.
Lost about 8-9% overnight while sleeping.

Wifi Problem - SG Ace 2x (GT-S7560M)

Hello everyone,
I'm in desperate need of some help here.
My wifi suddenly stopped working and im not quite sure how to describe it so ill post a photo.

But when the wifi does successfully turn on, it cant find any networks, it just keeps on scanning.
Please help.
Some additional information
Rom: Stock SG Ace 2x (GT-S7560M)
Phone is rooted.
I've tried everything I know that might have fixed the problem...this means factory reset (data/cache wipe), reflashing the stock rom and turning the phone off and removing the battery for a few minutes.
Update: This morning, I turned the phone off and took the battery out and left it like that for around 14 hours and when I put the battery back in the wifi was able to see networks and connect for approx 15 seconds, then it turned off again. Halp please..
I noticed that removing the battery for prolonged period of time would return the wifi to a functional state for at least 1 minute before all the networks disappear and it cant connect to the wifi again.. what do you think this means??

Wifi drain on Marshmallow

Hey guys. I have a M5 dual, Android 6.0, unlocked BT and rooted. Since I updated to 6.0, my battery stands for less than one day. It used to last at least 2 full days.
Looking at the battery usage, Wifi seems to be the problem. However, I'm not using wifi at all. For testing purposes, I disabled wifi, wifi scanning, and location is set to device only mode, but it still reports that Wifi is eating more battery than anything else.
The only way to stop wifi from appearing in the list is setting the device to airplane mode. Does anyone know what it could be?

Ive disabled adaptive brightness and wifi scan and now the battery life is better.... But not even close to 2 days life
I kept looking for a solution and I found one that worked at least for me. It's worth a try if you're having the same issue with WiFi being what drains the most battery life.
Settings, backup & reset, Network settings reset.
This will wipe all your network data, including your stored WiFi passwords. If you had to download any configuration data from your carrier to make your 3g/4g work, you'll have to download it again.

Not available during VoLTE call

Hi,
anyone has seen this message when trying to put the phone to airplane mode or just simply turn the data off?
It does not switch and a small ribbon says: "Not available during VoLTE call"

As I recall, earlier I had problems with no VoLTE functionality, then we somehow managed to turn it on.

Like it won't go into airplane mode because it thinks you're on a phone call right now?

But probably not actually on a call. Maybe IMS is confused and stuck in a false call mode. Toggling VoLTE off/on in the Network menu would probably handle it.
BTW this should prolly be in the Questions section. OP: You can report your thread and ask that moderators move it.
