[Q] SGT 3 10.1 wont turn on

My sgt 3 wont turn on. haven't used it about like 2 months, so It has been completly shut down, now when Im trying to charge it it says, "Voltage to low, need to be above 3.4v" And Im charing with an iPad adapter, which should be fine, right? I dont have the original charger.
Actually I dont know what rom I even use, think it was CAGROM, not sure. How do I start it up? Cant get to recovery even..
Do you have another Samsung device? Or any recent device. While it may seem like the USB chargers would all have the same voltage, they do not. I have plugged my Galaxy S5 into the port on a Charger delivered with an iPhone 5s and it charged much more slowly.
I suggest trying a different USB adapter. If it still does not charge you may have to open the Tab unplug and re attach the battery cable.

Yes I've but that is for a Nexus 5 (LG original), and the adapter is pretty small, dont think it's 3.4v in that one. I've tried diffrent cables, and that didnt help.

agdi,
you can try plugging you tab to a powered usb port on your pc.
leave it sit overnight, if you can power it on come morning,
turn off wifi, mute sound, disable location/sync and drop you screen brightness as low as it will go,
then suspend your tab and leave it connected to suck up more of a charge.
your charger needs to be
input 100-240V~ 50-60Hz 0.35A
output 5.3V===2.0A

I got this one charging that my sister dropped off to fix by removing the back un-clipping the battery connector then clipping it back in it back in

[Q] Sony xperia z1 magnetic charger

I was just wondering if you can charge your xperia z1 by a magnetic charger and your original sony charger at the same time and if i do this will that make the charging procces faster or the same or would it even charge??
It depends on how the phone handles the current sources. If I had any advice to give you: don't do it. Best case scenario: it charges. Worst case: Burn baby burn. Aha this might be a little extreme, but I seriously don't think this is a good idea
When being charged via a magnetic source, the USB plug "takes over" when plugged in, and thus, the magnetic plug turns off (the phone stops accepting current from it).
I used my altimeter here and tested this, with an exposed source in both cables.
Works for me
I have the AppRadio in my car and use an MHL adapter to get the video out. (AppRadio 2 does not support Mira-link)
With the MHL adapter I often have charging issues, with the phone either still losing charge or just not gaining.
I am using a 12V to Twin USB and have one plug powering the MHL, and the other powering the magnetic charger.
With that setup I get a good charging and MHL data out. I don't know if I am getting a faster charge then just the Magnetic, but I am certainly getting faster then just USB.
On a side note I love that Sony added the magnetic charger option, but Hate how the implemented it.
My brother-in-law is right to give me a hard time about how weak the connection is compared to his apple macbook's magnetic charger.
anyway good luck with it. It won't (IMHO) cause any issues so test it and see.

So... if our brother-in-law compared apple old vs new than it's fine by me.
But comparing Sony and apple... Big Major LOL

DeX Not Working, Not even Charging

Hi All,
I just bought a DeX station and when I plug everything in, (HDMI, power, input devices), DeX won't start, even the phone is not charging when it's docked. I am currently using the out-of-the-box S8+ charger, with Adaptive Fast Charging together with the original cable, and have tried to use a friend's S6 Fast Charger to no avail either, although my phone, when plugged directly to the fast charger, detects it as fast charging.
Does anyone have a fix for this, or experiencing the same problem with the DeX station?
do you use it with a case ?

I experience the same issue. I've just bought the DeX from someone, it doesn't work with my chargers (two Samsung chargers, one Apple charger and one Meizu charger)/cables (Samsung original and others), BUT it DOES work when connected to seller's charger (regular Samsung)/TV.
I didn't manage to find the culprit yet.
Just to clear the air. Your not rooted and heavily debloated are you?
You have to use a 9V or 12V Charger.
I can also use my Xiaomi Notebook Charger.

Wireless charger not working with original S20+ brick

Ok, I posted a thread in accessories, but maybe Questions is a better place to post that. I didn't get any response anyway, so I might try here. Admins, feel free to delete the other thread. Here it is:
I just bought this wireless charger for my S20+ and my buds+, but when i plug the charger than came with my S20+ it just won't work. It didn't come with a cable or charger.
When i plug my 5 year old Sony charger, then the led blinks and it works and charges my S20+ or Buds+ wirelessly.
How can it work with a crappy charger and not with the brand new official one? Im pretty sure it is compatible with Samsung fast charger. Should I contact the store to replace it? Is this malfunction?
Also, I believe that charging with the regular Sony charger plugged to the wireless will take longer than the Samsung fast charger in the wireless, right?

Question Is it safe to use USB-USB C fast charging plug with Samsung a54?

Hi there.
I recently purchased a Samsung A54 and noticed that it came with USB-c to USB-c charger. It did not come with the plug. I have been using a normal USB-USB c cable and original Samsung fast charger from an older device to charge the phone (as i do not yet have access to a USB C plug). I have noticed that the charger becomes extremely hot and makes a buzzing sound. The charger also cuts out and restarts again multiple times during the charging process. Is it safe to use the USB charger or do I need to buy a USB-C charger?
Thanks so much

Just replace the charger. It's a lot cheaper than the phone.
I've had good results with the Anker Nano series.
I'd expect this to be the charger anyway and not from the phone with it.
I use the A53 with my old Samsung 15 watt fast charger and the cable that charger came with just fine. There's no problem. The a54 should be no different.
So, I expect the charger to have a problem.

I got the Samsung Charger brick with the phone but I use the Anker Charger anyways! Ive had this for more than a year and I use this as my primary charging brick. Never faced any issue so far.
I was using my old Oneplus Warp charger (65W) and was also getting heating, and phone would only charge for like 10 mins before stopping.
Bought a Belkin 25W USB-C brick and all my issues went away
