An updated ROM is now available for HTC Touch Diamond users to download. As always, HTC is committed to providing customers with the best possible mobile experience.
Attention: This ROM is only for Diamond's in portuguese.
Improved Functions and Fixes
1. When you launch the Camera while the system is working on other programs, the preview screen may become black.
2. When playing a video, sometimes a portion of the video will be cut off a little bit.
3. Fixes Audio playback problem with the speaker. Specific issues: sometimes the music will turn off and on after 10 minutes, or there is a buzzing sound or no sound at all.
4. Fixes the problem of not being able to receive MMS when in standby mode.
5. When launching music via the Music tab on TouchFLO 3D, the sound may intermittently turn off for a second and come back on.

You should put this in the thread title. Many people will come in here and only press back when they see the little PTG.

I think there is no way to change the title.
So if some admin pass here, please change the title and put PTG ROM!

Posso usar esta rom para por tudo em PT?

i tryed to install this rom on my diamond but with no luck. First my diamond came with a french rom and i tryed to changed to PT using unsigned hardspl1.40, but handwriiting recognicion wasn´t installed( i don´t why). Then i tryed with hardsplsigned 1.20 but it doens´t gos longer than 0% and ocurs the 262 erro in upgrading. What am i doing wrong?

Creio que não... Isto é upgrade de ROM portuguesa.
Para pores o teu diamond em portugueses tens de fazer uma serie de coisas, como instalar o hardspl etc... que nao sei como se faz!
Mas nao tentes por a ROM que podes vir a ficar com um pisa-papeis

What´s the point of having duplicated threads?

Seria possivel alguém disponibilizar apenas o nbh desta versão (PT). Estou a utilizar linux e não tenho possibilidade de correr o executavel.

Eu também gosto daquilo em Inglês... Só queria era por a funcionar o T9 em Português.. Mas ainda não deu... Já experimentei algumas dicas aqui do forum mas até agora nada.. Alguma sugestão? (sorry eu sei que só deveriamos falar de ROM's)

How do I get rid of an app that I have accidently placed in the middle of the dock (right where the app menu shortcut icon was). I was trying to delete an app and whilst dragging it down, it replaced the app menu shortcut. Now i can't access the app menu.

Intentaste apagar el tekefono y volver a encenderlo? Hay veces y se queda atorada/congelada la imagen... si tu problema continua t puedo ayudar a traducir tu post
Lo otro... Quieres borrar la applicacion o solo el icono?

lo q quiero es sacarlo de ahy ese icon ya q no puedo entrar al menu de mis aplicasiones sabes q vieen fabrica con el icon del haser llamadas y el de internet y ene l medio donde habres el menu ps puse un icon sin kerer ahy y ahora le doy y habre la apliocasion hahahahahaa

Has intentado mantener oprimido el icono volverlo a subir a la pantalla e oprimirlo nuevamente para desecharlo en el cesto?
De casualidad no hiciste un nandroid back-up de tu telefono?
Dale copy paste a lo siguiente en tu post principal:

I wish you two would type in english. this is an english speaking community (and many other languages im sure) and i cant understand if your problem has been solved if its not in english

EDIT: Nvm. I figured it out after a little searching and using my noggin.

Then post the solution so others that searched can fix this. I had to factory wipe cuz I didn't kno how.

And do it in english as well.

Long press a blank section on your home screen.
Choose "Custom Shortcut"
Press "Pick your activity" and press "Launcher actions"
Press "Open/Close App Drawer"
Press "OK"
Drag the new shortcut to the middle button. Boom!

No solution was found in the spanish text and so I helped translate the problem for the poster. I will do the same for the solution posted above from my PC.

1. Oprima algun espacio en tu pantalla (manten la oprecion) donde no haiga icono
2. Escoje Atajo personalizado (o algo que signifique lo mismo)
3. Escoje tu actividad y oprime Accion de lanzamiento (o algo que se le paresca a esta definicion)
4. Oprime Abrir/Cerrar cajon de applicaciones
5. "OK"
6. Arrastra el nuevo icono hacia el boton de enmedio y listo.

I was doing the poster a favor as the OP was written in Spanish. The OP used an online translator that made absolutely no sense and hence I tried to help and translate the original problem (which is what is now as the OP). I asked if they had performed basic tasks (reboot, etc.).
I didn't have to translate, I did it out of kindness. It feels horrible to have a problem and not be able to find a solution (even worst when you have a language barrier). YES this is an English forum BUT not everyone speaks/writes English and these people need a little help too.
I am fluent in three languages and am happy to assist those who need help. Been there, done that and know EXACTLY how it feels.
A PM to me would have been appreciated instead of your mediocre complaint in public.

[Q] Receiving repeatedly a Carrier SMS message

I don't know if this is the right place to post this problem, but here it goes. I got the HTC One X on France and brought it here to Brazil. I started using it and now I keep getting this annoying SMS text with the Carrier name and my area code. I called the carrier and they told me it's a phone problem, that it gets this message when connecting to the network. Anyone got this problem? It is very annoying, I get 50+ messages a day.
The number that appears to be sending the SMS is 50. I tried a few SMS Block apps and none has worked.
Any help will be appreciatted.

I solved with a bit drastic solution. I flashed the CM9 ROM from Trip over Modaco and the SMS messages stopped popping. I already wanted a pure Android experience and a rooted phone, so I flashed and got the solution to this problem as bonus.

i think i find the problem.. go to settings > call settings.. e o meu ta em portugues.. vou ter q colocar aqui tbm.. qualquer coisa ce traduz ai mate.. la em configuracao dee chamada tem um item .. MENSAGEM CB (recepcao de mensagens CB) .. só desabilitar... ate agora nao recebi nenhum SMS mais.. vamos ver

Cant give you the exact path right now as phone is charging but play around in the Settings menu most likely either under Call or Mobile

Eu não tinha reparado nessa opção. No CM9 não tem essa opção, mas o problema definitivamente desapareceu. Depois você fala se resolveu o problema, caso eu volte pro ROM da HTC, é melhor sem essa mensagem irritante.
Outra coisa, eu reparei que quando eu deixava a rede para somente WCDMA, a mensagem não aparecia, só recebi as mensagens quando habilitava a opção "GSM/wCDMA Auto".
I didnt notice this setting. On CM9 I cant find this setting, but the annoying SMS from carrier is gone. Let me know if that solved the problem, if I flash the HTC Stock ROM back, it'll be a big plus having this issue gone. Just one more thing, I noticed that when I used the wCDMA only option for the mobile network, I didnt get any messages from the carrier, but when I set the option to "GSM/wCDMA auto", the messages started popping up again.

Question Call ended on Poco F3

Hi
I was excited to replace my faultless Poco F1 with new F3 only to find out that some numbers I try to call I get 'Call ended' immediately. Needless to say same SIM placed back in old phone and I can make calls. I call also dial same number from second SIM in Poco F3.
Xiaomi offered replacement but seems to me software issue rather then F3.
Also tried clearing all data in dialer service with no luck. Don't want to do factory reset as that will wipe all other Appas and settings. Any advice would be appreciated.
BTW all updates are installed.

Forgot to mention installed ROM is miui 12.0.5 which is a bit bugy in proximity sensor, brightness control etc. I can live with other issues for now but not been able to make calls is bad

Those calls, are they connected to the same prefix? Or special one like 0300 or similar?

Well I don't know what country you live in, but here in Brazil there is something called DDD which is a code inserted before the phone number, all my numbers with this code were happening the same thing that you mentioned then I just removed and left only the number of each person without any code before and it worked here

Hiya, I have just got a Poco F3 and it disconnect s without ringing on several random numbers, including my son's. I am on '3' too. Can I ask if you have found a solution. Thanks Carole

I've disable 'use mobile data using VoLTE calls' and it seems to work. Still not happy I cannot record call but that is a different matter.

I'm having the same issue with sim 1 slot on my Poco F3.
Getting call ended when trying to call any number. Appears busy when being called. Data and sms work just fine. Tried multiple firmwares, including custom roms and different regions. Did you find any solution?

I remeber haveing this problem long time ago and what worked for me under phone app I changed the region then set it back to where it should be and it worked for me , I was useing google phone app

Fiz tudo mas não consegui ativar o modo eom do celular, sim eu já fui no modo de desenvolvedor e ativo ele , ele aparece que vai restaurar de fábrica , faço todas as configurações após a restauração, ai ativo de novo o modo desenvolvedor e oem ao invés de ativar ele aparece de novo que vai restaurar de fábrica e assim, só fica assim.
