Question Live wallpapers keep stopping - Google Pixel 6 Pro

Sorry if this has been solved or a thread already made, please point me to it if so, I have looked but did not find,
My issue is when I apply the stock live wallpapers after a while they stop moving and seem to jump around as if trying to keep up with hand movements, I've tried all the live wallpapers and they all do the same thing, I've even installed a 3D wallpaper app and it does the same, anyone else having this issue? Sorry if I'm late to the party.

I assume no one else is having this problem.

I don't use live wallpapers, so I can't report. I'm sure someone else does, though.

no issues with live wallpapers here

Do you happen to be using any of the stock live wallpapers (Bloom) the ones that uses the phones accelerometer via hand movement? I installed app called liveWall and those wallpapers work fine it's just stock Bloom live and the 3D ones.

I use the earth view from space live wallpaper. It works fine including live cloud updates.

Iv found a article reflecting my issue and I don't think I can fix it, think it's gonna have to be another software update

I have the auto-rotate bug with my P6P. Doesn't always rotate. A little annoying for sure. Especially when I use maps (landscape mode) with my phone in the car windshield holder.

[Q] Amy malfunctioning apps after android 4.3 update?

After the update a few of my apps started malfunctioning. Namely, instagram crashes and swiftkey fails to load languages. Anyone else?
Sent from... what? SENT? ALEADY?
In the German app "Regenradar" (rain radar) the radar image was too small and shifted way into the upper left, even off the screen in some setting.
However, the app still worked for the most part. I had to pull the image back into the middle.
They fixed it today with an update. Pretty quickly, in my view.
I wrote this here only to indicate that there may be certain graphics problems. First I thought that this was because of the switch to OpenGL 3.0 ES, but apparently the Galaxy Nexus did not get that, for lack of hardware capability.

Vivotab RT won't rotate after unlock

I seem to have an issue with my Vivotab RT. Not sure when it started since I only noticed it recently. When the lock screen is on the screen it will rotate the full 360. However, as soon as I unlock it it reverts to the default position and won't rotate at all. I saw one post here about a Lenovo that had this issue after updating to 8.1, but I never tested the rotation before updating so I don't know if this is the case. Is there a simple fix to this problem? Has anyone else experienced it?
After some searching this issue seems to be fairly common with multiple makes and models of tablets, both RT and PRO. The only common factor is they are running 8.1, and a reboot fixes it temporarily. There doesn't seem to be any fix for the problem though, which is disappointing.

Issues with focusing the camera

I just got this phone 2 weeks ago (this Wednesday) and I noticed this issue right from the start. But then it started working fine and now it's not working again tonight.
Basically when I open the camera app, it will not focus on anything other than extremely up close. No matter where I tap, it's all blurry outside of like 3-4 inches from the camera.
I did some searching and found a link on androidcentral but nothing stating for sure if this issue has been fully resolved now. Clearly it hasn't for mine. Has anyone experienced this and found an actual fix or do I need to swap this out with the hope that it doesn't happen again? Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated.
BTW, I searched for 'focus' so if there's a thread already about this that I didn't see, please direct me there and close this up!
Thanks!
My gf got a note 4 (white) abt a week ago. And she coulnbt take pictures at all initially because it wouldnt focus on anything. (Never tried macro type pic to see if would focus on something close)
She ended up handing it to me to figure out and after i changed picture modes. And switched back to auto then the issue resolved itself and hasnt returned.
Fwiw my note 4 (black, purchased 10-16-14) never had this issue.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using XDA Free mobile app
Oddly enough I think I'm having the same issue. Just got my Note 4 a few days ago, and I've found that when I launch the camera app, it either doesn't focus at all, or takes extra long to get into focus. I can see the little target image progress as it tries to focus, but it just keeps trying and fails. Every once in a while though, it will correctly focus. So the camera certainly is capable of properly focusing, but I'm not sure if its a software thing (my first conclusion) or a hardware thing (probably not).
same here
same issue i noticed if you put your hand up to the lense then slowly remove it and point it somewhere in the distance it will focus
im gonna try that solution though thank you!
Same issue hereon my wife's phone. Noticed it from day 1 but wasn't able to go back to the att store until day 17 after purchase. They would not budge on swapping the device since I was past 14 days. My only option is a warranty replacement, but I will hold out for now to see if a software update fixes the issue as I would rather not have a refurbished device. A quick shake of the device and it focuses. If you exit the camera app after it initially focuses and go back to the app it works fine. It only seems to be an issue when the camera app is not used for a while.
Its weird because I use another camera app (like the Google Camera one) and it will focus just fine, but the default Samsung-installed Camera app will sometimes fail to focus or sometimes will work just fine. So it seems like it may be a software issue.

After 1.5 months of owning the phone, some minor issues pop up

There's an article reported by Android Authority about freezing problems twisted to opening Contacts, but that's not the issue I'm having here. I just want to share some minor issues I've encountered in my Note 8 after a month and a half of obtaining the best mobile of 2017.
1. Launching the camera app from lock screen. I don't know why it's doing it all of a sudden now, but when I open it from there, the camera opens, but then it restarts itself a second or so later as if I unlocking the phone. I narrowed it down to seeing it's something related to the Bluetooth Smart Lock function for doing that, so disabling that won't have that problem again. Don't know why it comes down to being this since I actually don't want to wear out double pressing my power button.
2. I've been addicted to a music rhythm game and I notice some incredibly minor lag hiccups that appear when I just open the game after a while. It's not an insufferable problem unlike the lags I experienced in the S7 Edge, but it's just a very minor issue I would like to point out.
Any other issues you guys run into with performance and UI experiences and have any solutions?
Throw it out.

get a samsung rep at a service center to reflash firmware, or ask carrier for exchange, or contact samsung and file a RMA repair, or get desperate and use ODIN to flash firmware, or simply do a FDR master reset and setup as NEW DEVICE without restoration of backups.

Camera issues (freezes and crashes)

Hey guys! Would just want to know if anyone else who's got the op7T from the popup events yesterday are having issues with their camera freezing and crashing.
Mostly happens while toggling the macro mode and also when you view a photo you just clicked and hit the back button rapidly to come back to the camera
These are bugs which are expected from early version of the firmware and will definitely be fixed in the update though. Don't take this as a conclusion that it's a bad phone. I absolutely love it! I just wanted to check if I'm the only one facing the issue
I'd say it's probably going to get a patch out for day one bugs, it's a common thing to happen with smartphones.
So wouldn't worry for now, perhaps whilst you're in your 28 day grace period, look into it further and if your issues are unique then I'd look into a swap.
But I'd say it's more than likely a software bug that will be addressed.
Need a Solution
