For stock rooted only.
For most part, these cannot be flashed together.
These mods use the SystemUI Patcher Module Template by @Jai_08 By @cool_modules on telegram.
After Installing this module, your screen will relock after every reboot of your phone. You unlock it the first time, in about a second it will relock itself and you will have to unlock it again. If that is too much for you, don't use this mod. This also will not work with the bootloop protection module. It will disable this module.
Invisible Power Button sits on the statusbar. There's one for the far right side, and one for far left side. Long press to bring up the power menu, tap to lock the screen.
Most of these are SystemUI mods and might not be compatible with any other SystemUI Mods you may have installed.
Battery percentage on the left side of the battery icon, Mod, should be compatible with right clock provided it is flashed after, right clock.

Statusbar 7 Notification is baked into most of these mods. Flash in Magisk App.
For most part, these cannot be flashed together. An exception is the Navbar Remover. You would need to flash that one second (after you have already flashed and rebooted after installing a different mod). You would then need to remove the mod you installed first, leaving only the Nabar Remover. It would contain both mods.
Smaller Statusbar is enabled by selecting waterfall cutout in developer settings. Screen will be full in landscape (no black bar and camera punch hole will show in landscape mode). This can be flashed together with other mods.
Invisible Power Button sits on the statusbar. There's one for the far right side, and one for far left side. Long press to bring up the power menu, tap to lock the screen.
The battery Bar mod doesn't become active until you open the battery bar app.
Attached is the 3Minit Settings app. Install like any app.
You no longer have to flash the minitbatteryresources.apk separately since it is included in the 3Minit zip.
Most of these are SystemUI mods and might not be compatible with any other SystemUI Mods you may have installed.
Battery percentage on the left side of the battery icon, Mod, should be compatible with right clock provided it is flashed after, right clock.
Special shout-out to @DaOldMan and @Grouxho whom made this possible!

You are welcome to try this. Flash the right clock mod. reboot and flash the mod attached. I haven't tested it. You may have to remove the right clock mod afterwards for it to take affect.
Thanks Tulsadiver,
If you don't mind, could you please make one with Right Clock + Nav Bar swap + Tulsadiver Navbar Icons + Thinner Sliders (auto brightness and volume).
Cheers

I did try, but somehow after installing, there was no notification panel, that was the latest one downloaded from that thread. Previously the right clock color was always white. Just couldn't get those combinations working properly.

curious, if one moves the clock to the right side, would we be able to increase the number of notifications past 7?

Yes, maybe anyway depending on the size of the icons.
Edit: oops, read it wrong. Maybe....
2 Edit:. Looked again. Last time I tried, it bombed saying 7 was max.
3 Edit: 7 is still the limit.

Wonderful! Thanks so much for doing all these mods for this phone. Right clock with battery gone working great. Sadly, this punch hole is messing with my center clock symmetry obsession

Mine too!
Hey @Tulsadiver . I'm having a strange occurrence that I wonder if you (or any other users) have encountered. When using the Battery "Percent Only"-Right Clock mod, the little down arrow at the lower left corner of Gboard disappears. It's the one that is used to hide Gboard after typing. Several times I have enabled and disabled the mod, and each time whenever I have the mod enabled that little down arrow disappears, but when I disable the mod the little down arrow reappears. It makes it a bit difficult to hide Gboard after typing as trying to swipe away Gboard doesn't always work in certain situations.
Could this have something to do with the vertical padding of the mod or something similar? Or maybe something to do with my particular setup . Thanks

1st one is with the mod enabled. The 2nd one is with the mod disabled. Little down arrow at bottom left of Gboard missing with mod enabled, but present when mod disabled.
Looks like it was some padding. Try this.

Q & A
Q: Will this rom ever include Aroma custom installer?
A: No
Q: Will this rom ever include a custom Updater?
A: No
Q: Why do you not de-bloat the rom?
A: You are big boys and girls.. you can remove what you dont want. There is always someone that wants that crappy app that you want removed. With an odexed rom, it is easier to remove than to add.
Q: Do you use a "script" to odex your rom?
A: NO!
Q: Then how do you odex it?
A: I manually odex every file according to the bootclasspath using dexopt-wrapper, smali, baksmali, dd, and zip
Q: What is the holy grail edit?
A: It is a smali edit that changes the webkit highlight. I have been searching for it for a year.
Q: Will you ever offer a deodexed version?
A: No way
Q: I like green and dont think its fugly.. can you put in some green?
A: Never!.. Seriously, if you like orange and green.. Use dazednconfused Anakonda. Its very nice.

Recommendations:
Nova Users go to settings/look and feel/color theme and set a nice solid blue theme color
Go to developer options and set all three animation scales to 0.5x. See if checking "Force GPU rendering" gives you a better experience
Open SuperSU, go to settings/theme and set theme to device default
For brightness slider in your pulldown - Go to settings/Display/Display brightness slider
Go to Settings/Date and Time. Set all your clock options. Center, AM/PM, day or no day.
For name customization on pulldown - edit data/eri.xml with text editor. Change Odexed Blue to whatever you want
Never let the market update Nova, Gmail, Gplus, YouTube, Dropbox, Hangouts, Gmusic, Play Store, Gnow, Maps, Sprint Voicemail, SuperSU. Wait for me to post a flashable update.
Go to settings, applications extras/toggle settings and choose which toggles you want to use and which order you want them to show in your pulldown. There are 23 choices.
Keep on eye on post 2 for any new developments
Use Titanium backup to freeze/disable those apps you dont like or use. That way, if something goes awry, you can easily unfreeze/re-enable. You have more than enough space. Dont worry about freeing the space by deleting apps blindly.
Download Screen Off and Lock by Katecca from the market. It has the old CRT animation shut off. Program a Nova gesture to your Screen Off and Lock and that way you dont have to use a hard button to turn off your phone.
BEFORE REPORTING ANY ISSUES:
1. Make sure you are on LATEST version
2. Make sure you did not dirty flash and performed a FULL wipe prior to flash
3. Make sure you are on the ORIGINAL stock kernel included with the rom

----Steve, thanks for the space-----
Use provided Mods, Tools, ETC at your own risk. Myself or anyone on XDA is not responsible. You are responsible for your own device. Always make Nandroid backups before flashing.
I currently have the following to share:
-Battery Mods
-Toggle Mods
-Drop Down Mods
-Some Varius other Mods/Apps
-Links to Current Full ROM and any Updates if applicable
-Links to all of Steve's items
Most of these Mods will be using Morphology.. Morph is a way that the Mods will replace only the icons/files needing replaced in the App versus the whole App. Thus the Mods should not be dependent on the ROM version you are using. I will make it clear if it is a mod using Morph.
Enjoy!

Iconpack info
XSBM Iconpack detailed information
Iconpacks have been moved to its own thread here: [THEME] XSBM iconpacks
The iconpack structure is a simple ZIP file with a specific set of subfolders, and a hidden identifier text file. Below is the file list of the default_iconpack_sgs.zip, separated by section/subfolder. If you are building a pack or replacing images within an existing pack, remember to maintain the exact filenames as shown, case-sensitive (i.e. all lowercase):
Pack identifier
Code:
.xsbmpack
Notes: The .xsbmpack is a plain text file that can contain the following fields:
author: name/nick/ID of pack creator or icon creator
note: a short description about the pack (what kind of battery icons, etc). This should be on a single line.
Both fields should be terminated by a single line-feed (Enter)
If this file does not exist within the iconpack zipfile, it will not be imported by the mod. The location of this file within the zip should be at the highest (root) level, not a subfolder. And the name is not a typo; it should be preceded by a period (makes this a hidden file in Linux/Android).
3rd Party App replacements
Code:
apps.txt
apps/
apps/com.android.mms-stat_notify_sms.png
apps/com.android.vending-stat_notify_marketplace_update.png
apps/com.google.android.gm-ic_notification_multiple_mail_holo_dark.png
apps/com.google.android.gm-stat_notify_email.png
Notes: This is the experimental support for per-app notification icon replacements. It consists of an apps.txt file located at the highest (root) level of the zipfile, and contains the following info in a specific format:
packagename-icon_name.png
Where packagename is the APK package name of the application in the Java namespace format. This is usually something like com.author.appname. To determine what the packagename of an APK is, you can use the following command on the phone (via terminal emulator or via adb shell):
pm list packages -f | grep -i appname
An example would be the Gmail new mail notification. To find the packagename, we could enter this vi adb shell:
pm list packages -f | grep -i Gmail
This might return someting similar to:
package:/system/app/Gmail.apk=com.android.gm
The part after the equals sign would be your package name. Another method of finding this data is through the Play Store. If you search for an app, say Gmail, the URL will show the package name as well.
Once you have the packagename, you have to determine what the name of the notification icon is. The easiest way to do this is to use a zip utility (WinZip, 7zip, RAR, etc) to extract the icons in the res/drawable-*/ directories within the app's APK. Most of the time the filenames start with stat_ or contain the word notify, but that isn't always the case.
If you find the file you're hoping to replace, rename it to the above format. Add the entry into the apps.txt file, and place both files into the iconpack zip. The apps.txt goes to the top level of the zip, and the image itself goes to the apps/ subfolder.
The mod supports replacing multiple images from a single package using the same naming convention above.
Because this functionality is experimental, it may not work for every application. Not all apps request notification icon resources in the same manner, so there's no guarantee it will work.

Notes: The mobile data icons are separated out into subfolders beneath the top mobile/ subfolder, based on the band or network type. If the images found within these subfolders are all different, which is the case with the included default_iconpack.zip, then you will see different data icons depending on what network type your phone is using at that given moment. This sometimes results in "icon flipping", which is when you see different network icons in succession (3G->H->4G->3G). This is normal behavior on most International phones, but not on AT&T and T-Mobile devices. These carriers utilize only 3 or 4 different data icons, for all of the network types. This gives the illusion that your phone is always connected to a fast data network, when it could in reality be connected via a slower technology. But a positive side-effect of this is that the data icons rarely "flip".
If you'd like to restore the "stock" AT&T or T-Mobile behavior, and only see 3-4 network types, such as E, 4G, and 4G-LTE, you can do this by copying one set of network type icons over another, making sure you rename the files accordingly. An example is below:
Say you only want see the 4G icon when you're connected via 3G, H, or 4G. You can do this by copying these files:
Code:
mobile/4g/stat_sys_data_4g_connected.png
mobile/4g/stat_sys_data_4g_downlink_1.png
mobile/4g/stat_sys_data_4g_downlink_2.png
mobile/4g/stat_sys_data_4g_downlink_3.png
mobile/4g/stat_sys_data_4g_uplink_1.png
mobile/4g/stat_sys_data_4g_uplink_2.png
mobile/4g/stat_sys_data_4g_uplink_3.png
And renaming them to:
Code:
mobile/h/stat_sys_data_h_connected.png
mobile/h/stat_sys_data_h_downlink_1.png
mobile/h/stat_sys_data_h_downlink_2.png
mobile/h/stat_sys_data_h_downlink_3.png
mobile/h/stat_sys_data_h_uplink_1.png

nice module!
i'm testing it on international Note 3, and this is my observation on the functions i use:
1) notification panel coloring doesnt work. status bar is ok tho
2) replacing system icons mostly works - battery, wifi, sound status, gps etc. however the icons look a bit small, especially the wifi status. is it possible to scale higher than 50px?
3) signal icon however doesn't work. could be due to Samsung now only using 4 bars in the new 4.3 touchwiz? I did kind off make it work, using Wanam Xposed to force 5 bars but Wanam is buggy here before even though it displays 5 bars, the signal doesnt register. Also when the icon is displayed it is rather small.
that's all for now. i havent test clock mods and other because I am using xuimod which also mods the clock. afraid of conflicts

1) Possibly a layout change from 4.1/4.2 to 4.3. I'll try and get a 4.3 rom on my S3 to do some testing.
2) Sure thing. The Note 3 is a higher res device than the S3/GN2; xxhdpi correct? If so, I can make the scale the same as the One, which is 10 - 75px.
3) That's good info regarding the signal bars. I'll have to put in some version detection so it knows which image filenames to use. I'll also include a 4-bar set in the default iconpack.
Thanks for the feedback!
yes Note3 is xxhdpi.
Thanks, looking forward to test your new version. Cheers!

I don't believe it will work with KK without some code changes. Google changed how the battery image is displayed, and they may have changed some of the statusbar image names.

Forgot to include the first-time run stuff, which should import the default iconpack, which includes the battery/charge images, where the NPE came from. You can manually import the default_iconpack_sgs.xsbm.zip to resolve this.
I've fixed this and added 1.0.2 to the thread. Thanks very much for the debug.log!

It deserves a wider audience! Also you should consider posting this under "Android Development and Hacking" forum, it should probably get more eyeballs as well

Oh I see. I'll add a carrier selection like on the HTC One version that should address the different bar displays, as well as add in cdma support.

Not a problem. I believe the One version is already listed there. I originally tried to make the mod device-agnostic, but since TouchWiz and Sense use different image filenames and SystemUI class names, it made more sense to just split them into separate mods.
I had mistakenly posted this thread in the general Dev&Hacking forum, but I think being device-specific, it would be easier to find under one of the device forums. I also wouldn't have to check the thread in 2 different places

@agentdr8,
1. I noticed a small issue. After first install and reboot, I get the white battery from your default icon set even though I haven't even selected it anything yet.
2. shayne77 has a thread here:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1434061 with his own Mod. However, he also list .png's & credits their creators. I was hoping you could do the same and create this one for me: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/qb62kbx5oxadvkv/kYNZOvAkEF/1% Battery-Stock-by_he_stheone64.zip.
It is the stock green 1% battery by he_stheone64.
3. This post and the subsequent ones have pertinent info for TW on S2/S3/S4 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=43849952

No problem. Do you want the rest of the statusbar icons just the default white ones?
I have this thread for iconpacks: [THEME] XSBM iconpacks thread with screenshots of the existing packs. They aren't (in their current form) directly compatible with the SGS version of the mod, but any of them can be made to work with a bit of file renaming.
I've posted the he_stheone64 pack there.

Thanks for this link. I've actually "resolved" the issue with the different battery image names by writing my own method to display the images, including the charge images, and the charging animation. This was actually necessary for my mod, as I wanted the images replaceable from /sdcard, and not included within the apk itself, as it was in the original v1-series of my One mod.

Perhaps, make the battery white rather than green, then users can colourise them as they wish. If the rest of the icons were stock but white then the same could apply.
It would be really cool if we could give the different elements of the wifi & signal icons different colours too. Similar to "Battery Range Colours". Then we could have "rainbow" wifi & signal icons
BTW, "Battery Range Colours" 21-40 & 41-60 are both the same yellow. Could the 21-40 be orange rather?
TIA

You mean something like the wangtang2k_blue_curved_rainbow pack? Each image can be themed/colored however you see fit, so they change based on signal strength, etc.
Hello all,
As with pretty much all my devices I've always modded them from the box, only device I didn't was my corporate iPhone (although not through lack of trying : ) )
Anyway, i thought i'd make a thread showcasing my Rom set up and the mods i've chosen, no matter what device I have I always grab most of these mods if available and try to perfect the look I've had for years gone by, as I'm sure many of you do also.
Please feel free to share your home screen and the mods you have installed.
Here is my little lot, video below.
ROM
Venom Rom (Currently version 3.5.0 @ j to the 4n
Mods and Launcher
Launcher - Pixel Launcher with Dark elements and transparency, flashable zip - Link: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B5GXDOETwYGySm5vRjBDcGtjZkk
Xposed Mods
Screen off animation - Several choices, also allows screen on animations
XUI MOD - Complete control of all animations - One in video is wave left.
Unique controls - This is essentially Halo from Paranoid android, superb floating heads up display and floating window.
Flat Style Bar Indicators - Allows total control of the status bar and positions as well as a tonne of icons, animations and rules.
Greenify - I think we all know this one
The theme i'm using is directly out of Venom's theme pot, @Basil3 it's very very well done and little to nothing isn't themed, has a huge choice of colours.
For xposed installation I have another thread here guiding you through.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-10/how-to/walkthrough-screen-off-animation-using-t3384651
Here is the video to the venom rom with all the mods i've picked https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lgfD0p8RXQI&t=2s
*Note, lastly, these are not my mods, nor my Rom, they're simply the ones I choose to use for my daily driver, I can't thank them enough for delivering these so big thanks to them, they also play nice with the battery and overall, with 2 emails syncing and wifi running I only lose 1 - 2% overnight.
Any questions let me know and i'll do what I can to answer

You can obtain the pixel launcher, for it to work right with "Ok google" etc and google now with cards, the zip is best, i got it from Team Black out.
Some of these mods have 3Minit battery so install the 3Minit Resources apk first. The all inclusive file has Internet speed, battery percent next to battery, 3Minit battery (I usually hide the stock battery) full System UI Tuner, and invisible power menu button in far upper right corner of the statusbar. Single click closes the screen and a long press brings up the power menu. I disabled signature check in the services.jar. This makes modding your phone a little easier. You should probably wipe dalvik afterwards if you flash this. More mods to come.
Flash through TWRP at your own risk. I have flashed all these myself with no problems.

Add a folder called theme in your TWRP folder on your SD card. Rename the downloaded zip as ui.zip. I have a boot up screen too but until we have TWRP we can flash in TWRP that I can add it to this will have to do.

Edit: the second one is actually perfect for me. Anyway to remove the download indicator? Not really interested in that.

Lots of nice mods, you should consider making one zip with an aroma installer with all options selectable instead of a pre-built combination since all of these are meant to be TWRP flashed.

The battery vertical icon colour is not while as before but in different colour. Still this different colour is also good one way. Thanks again.
Is it possible to remove battery icon permanently leaving percentage alone.

center clock with am/pm and percentage. I am not sure what you mean by back up is a revert file. I did not make any backups...

I accidentally left those media ogg files in there. Those are what I use. Anyone should be able to pull those for you from their system/media/audio/ui folder. Get those and I will put them in a zip for you. Always, always, make and have a backup. You might need to flash your system.img. I think I have that file fixed now if you want to download it again. Your home button should work. I don't use the pixel launcher or navbar icons either so I had those disabled as well and forgot to restore them.

Yes but why not just hide it in your system UI tuner? That is the rainbow battery. It changes color every percent the battery changes.
Thanks. I could not find system tuner under settings. Could you please help where can I find system tuner. Thanks.

You have to activate it. Pull down your QS menu. Long press the settings gear icon until it vibrates. It will be near the bottom in settings.

No luck. The systemUI you have given me has the tuner included right? I have pressing the settings gear in the QS long time and noting is happening.

All have it. Some just have more options than others. After it is activated you will see a wrench icon next to the settings gear.
If you don't care for Android 12 stock colors, you can change the pastel QS Pulldown Tile colors to more basic colors.
I've added two more options. After flashing these, you have all color options to pick from in settings/Display/Device Theme.
To change the color of the QS tiles you go to settings/display/device theme and select the color you want. The "OFF" color tiles remain gray. You have an option to change settings/notification/volume bar backgrounds to black. Those options are at the top and end in "black theme".
There are two options because the first one has a systemui mod to change some text to black that otherwise is gray. Example, Bluetooth. The "On" or "off" would have been gray.
The second option leaves it gray and can be flashed with anything. The first one has a systemui mod and is more firmware specific.

You cannot flash his module and mine. One overwrites the other. That is why I have active edge versions. Those will work with the active edge app. You must remove his module, then flash mine again. The accent mod is separate and will work with my other modules.

Is it easy to fix this one to be compatible with edge sense? Like u pointed out, I'm already using another of your mods but it's compatible.
I want to be able to use this too!

Please re-read my last post. I just said that anything that says active edge is compatible with his mod.....you just have to remove his module.

Perfect. Your awesome.
March update has been uploaded.
Can you make this work on android 12? Color choices are so limited and the choices based on wallpaper are horrible.

Not like for Android 11. I can make some colors you can flash but not where you can select them from the settings. I would need your system/framework/framework-res.apk and system/system_ext/priv-app/SystemUIGoogle/SystemUIGoogle.apk
