I don't know what I did to the settings, but got this floating bubble that wouldn't go away. It doesn't do anything, it goes translucent if left alone. I thought it's a Nova Launcher thing, but then even if I am using pixel launcher it's still there. It's really annoying, do you know how to get rid of it? Thanks!

Looks like Nova launcher app.
You accidentally turned on Accessibility Shortcut instead of just Notification Access.
Go to Settings, Accessibility, select Nova Launcher and disable the shortcut slider.

That's it, thank you!
I did that once last week too. Took me a few to figure it out.
Google needs to Pop that floating bubble option to prevent it accidentally being turned on....

Why are my icons like this? Ive checked all the settings and can't figure out why my icons have this sort of dark fold on the right side, as well as a reflection on the bottom.

I can't really see because it won't zoom in, but sounds like a custom icon pack. Are you using any themes?
My guess would be you are using a custom launcher or theme, just change that and you are in the clear my friend, let us know how that does!

cant really see your pic but your icons may be to big for your screen change your LCD density to about 200 and your icons should fit the screen better. also try under adw setting / ui settings / screen preferences / advanced settings, select or deselect "auto stretch"
I didn't think I'd like KitKat's transparent navigation bar and front touch button. But I just got a T-Mobile G2 and installed KitKat on it and I really like the effect. I can't seem to be able to get that effect on my Sprint G2. I do have Settings-Display->Front Touch Buttons->Transparent background checked. But it doesn't work. I have of course rebooted the phone after doing that. AFAIK, there is no option that I set on the T-Mobile phone to set the navigation bar transparent.
Does anyone have their phones looking like the T-Mobile one. And if so, how did you go about doing that? BTW, I even tried it with G2 Xposed and that didn't work either. So I disabled G2 Xposed completely, but with no luck.

It was Nova Launcher!
It was Nova Launcher. I had disabled it on mine. And it's on by default I think. Anyway, it works - but only in the launcher.
Just got my Smartwatch and installed a few apps. Sometimes I show the following screen by accident, but I don't know how. Please help

I don't see the screen shown above. I see a list of items under settings with icons, but no grid of icons.

by default the mini launcher is activated by swipe from top left corner to the right, then for below screen, another similar swipe is needed
Everytime I go to my launcher these pop up for a couple of seconds then disappear. Curious what they actually are as I've never noticed then up until recently after updating and doing a factory reset.

You are using a kind of layer on top of the default launcher (kind of like KWGT walpaper) uses to create interactive objects on the main screen, and those are remnants of the default placeholders for Phone and messages or whatever the defaults you had set on your phone.
Those are the Google assistant triggers indication, as you've mentioned, they'll disappear after a while
This requires System UI Tuner install it and then come back here.
The Issue:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
1. In System UI Tuner Select "UI > Immersive Mode"
2. Select Apps for "Full" mode
3. Scroll and check box for Snapchat
4. Click check at top left then click "OK"
The taskbar should now be hidden in Snapchat allowing you to access maps, chat, stories, etc.
Settings, display, touchbar, then set the show and hide with touch and hold. Then long touch will make it go away, then just works in any app.. No mucking about after thst
