Hi and sorry for bringing this old thread to life. I'm wondering has anyone managed to encrypt their 10.0 tablet using the internal system? I'm on latest original LTE firmware. Currently tried to do it and waited more than 12 hours. It's still stuck on boot logo.

Hello,
I was rooting my girlfriend's phone, which is a Galaxy S4, TMobile. I rooted it from stock (4.3 or 4.4) using the chainfire method, then installed TWRP through their android app. First, it went through the [android is upgrading] and then it went back to the CM boot screen. Now I've spent a good 15 minutes watching it and it is still looping.
Can anyone guide me to a troubleshoot, or can anyone help walk me through trying to solve this problem?
Thank you in advance,

Hello everyone...
i have a Tab3 10.1 3G version (P5200) and i have been using it for a long time using custom roms and rooting..etc
the last month after the CM13 rom had some issues i have wiped the data and cache and the system then tried to reflash the rom but it got stuck in bootloop... after trying many times still the same, then tried to flash the stock firmware and it does the same " rebooting... showing the SAMSUNG logo then turning off then turning on"
I have tried different Stock firmwares and almost every rom for the device and it still not getting into system, all I can get into it is the download and recovery mode... i have even searched for bootloaders and i couldnt find it for my device...
don't know what to do, if anyone could help me i'd be thankful for him/her...
overall Thanks for stopping by and reading this thread.
I normally find a way around some android issues but sort of lost this time so iI need some help please!
Tablet is (was?) rooted and running cm12 plus twarp before the issue. It was running fine other than using a lot of battery.
So after replacing a battery my Note 8 N5110 started a boot loop and sometimes TWARP starts but does not work and it gets back to the boot loop!
I tried first re-load TWARP via odin and it passed but it was still in the bootloop so I tried load the stock firmware via Odin and I am getting failed with a
I have attached a picture of Twarp right before it fails, a picture of Odin with a failed attempt to load the stock firmware and the message I get on the Note 8 custom firmware screen.
Thanks in advance!!!
For the record I found a way out, the only thing that worked on my case was initialize the Tab using Samsung KIES.
Awesome software thanks Samsung, it saved my day and now....back to root and CM13 again
Hello glad you got it working. is it hard to replace the battery in these?
I updated to android 10 and tried following the tutorial to get TWRP on it, but everytime I try to launch TWRP it hangs on the logo.
Is it that TWRP has to be updated for a70 android 10? or am i doing something wrong?
TWRP does not work with Android 10 at the moment for the A70. I do not know about other phones. Android 10 changed the way they use recovery so it will take a while. https://twrp.me/site/update/2019/10/23/twrp-and-android-10.html
Hi, I also had the same problem, the logo screen remains fixed once I enter Recovery! We have to wait for the developers to find a solution in this regard. Regards! ??
Revert back to android 9 as android 10 is unstable for A70.
But if its working fine for you then wait for twrp to get updated
Hi there I have purchased a galaxy note 10.1 2014 (D600 model) yesterday! I haven't rooted a device in a while but I would say I'm pretty savvy and rooted every phone/ tablet from around 2010-2016! However I'm having serious issues with this device and it's leaving me stumped.
My plan was/is to use lineage 14 and use for streaming browsing etc but can't for the life of me to get it to boot any room, I have tried lineage 14, 17 & 18 but all just show the Samsung splash screen and then the lineage boot logo and that's it.
Has anyone had any issues or am I doing something wrong?
What I have done:
Coming from 5.1.1 touchwiz stock.
1. Installed Odin 2. Installed cf root 3.flashed twrp 3110 and flashes the ROMs .any help would be helpful
