Go to settings/location and turn off wifi and bluetooth scanning

I have Gnex stock 4.3, rooted. Sometimes it loses connection to home Wi-Fi, I take it and it has no Wi-Fi icon, and if I go to the settings it will say "Connecting..." and have one signal bar, it won't ever connect till I restart the router. I have Linksys E900 with WPA2, and "keep wifi during sleep - always" and "minimize wifi battery usage - on" in the phone.
I have this weird issue with WIFI that is not present on a 6 year old Samsung Galaxy S2.
Whenever my phone goes to sleep, and I turn it on again after 10-15 minutes or more, Wi-fi does not reconnect to my home network. Wi-fi is STILL enabled, I can scan for other wireless networks in the Wifi Analyzer app or in the phone settings (screenshots below), EXCEPT my home network is not visible. So I have to manually turn off Wi-fi and then turn it on again, so that it reconnects.
I have "keep WIFI on during sleep" option set to "Never", my home network is on 2.4 GHz.
Is anybody else experiencing this problem on their HTC 10 (Nougat 7.0) ?
Changed my wi-fi channel from 13 to 11, fixed the problem. Apparently, channel 12 and 13 cause this issue on my TP link TL-WR841N router.
WiFi only Turn of After Reboot But Bluetooth and WiFi Hotspot Work Perfect
How can I disable mate 20 from connecting to every open WiFi it finds? I've got WiFi scanning off but it still connects to everything and pops a notification that I should authenticate.
Hello guys, newbie here.
Forced update to Pie thru VPN. Wi-Fi keeps turning on by itself even when WiFi is off. I don't have my home network saved so it doesn't connect, but it's still turning on automatically. It messes up my data connection.
here are the settings I've disabled:
1 WiFi Preferences > Turn on Wi-Fi automatically > OFF
2 WI-FI scanning > OFF
PLEASE HELP!!!
