Hi, i have the RN5 global version, not the RN5 Pro, i'm thinking of using this tutorial https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-5-pro/how-to/tut-flashing-official-recovery-rom-t3798165 and using the stock rom posted in this thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/re...ndex-redmi-note-5-roms-kernels-tools-t3778554
Here is my question. I've noticed there are two versions of global rom (?), the M1803E7SG and the M1803E7SH, actually mine is M1803E7SH and i do not know if the rom is the same or if it's compatible, is there any way to know if it will work without problems?
Thanks for reading, sorry for bad english. :silly:
I have the instructions for unlocking the bootloader and converting a T-Mobile oneplus 7T to the global rom. But I have a few follow-up questions.
Will OTA updates work as expected after flashing the global rom?
It's it possible and safe to relock the bootloader after flashing the global rom? To ensure the most secure device possible?
Thank you,
John
Yes to both
My brand new OnePlus 9 Pro NA/Global was bought straight from OnePlus website. Is it possible to do LineageOS and also put the T-Mobile US modem so I can use all the T-Mo frequencies? If so, what order should I do things? Thanks in advance.

Does this actually do anything for the global version being used on TMobile? I know it helps for EU or TMobile to EU conversions.

Dears,
I have OnePlus 9 pro T-Mobile (LE2127) on 11.2.1.1
I want to update the firmware using local upgrade option (but it does not have it) because when I try using OTA option, it says that it has the latest firmware?
Please help me update my firmware as I looked everywhere but cannot find the way.

you cant tmo uses Google ota servers
unlock bootloader flash Global to get that
Use oxygen updater app in play store. Cannot take OTA if bootloader unlocked. You need full ROM. Happy modding!

Hi I am new this xda and android rooting. Currently using OnePlus 9 pro T-Mobile Verizon. Can anyone please help me how to perform
Backup your working modemst1/2 and persist
T-Mobile Verizon ? Two different companies. What is your model number?
LE2127
That is a T-Mobile model, same as mine! Is your bootloader unlocked? That is the first and most important step... Being that it is a LE2127, you must be on T-Mobile as your carrier...
Phone unlocked and bootloader is locked
First thing to do is unlock the bootloader...are you on A11 or have you already updated to A12?
Sure I will do it I am on A11
