Let me start of by saying I was messing around with Smart Switch in the past and again a couple months ago.
These files are what Smart Switch downloads when it goes to Flash the stock firmware to your phone
C:\Program Files (x86)\Samsung\Smart Switch PC\FirmwareUpdateTemp\PLUGIN\SM-G975U\
They are then normally automatically deleted.
https://www.goofwear.com/android/downloads/programs/Smart_Switch_PC.zip
See these screen shots to see what it executed by the program and how.

The odin Flashable zip is downloaded to here and then it gets decrypted. You can copy it after it is decrypted but have to do it before it gets deleted.
C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp
What is this used for?
Right now all that I know off is to flash stock firmware.
We might be able to leverage this to flash other things.

P.S. ill press the thanks button!!!
Looks fairly straight forward. Is everything you have on it in the attached archive, or do you maybe have the entire sequence of images?
EDIT: I figured out a way to extract the .nbh file. I should be able to adapt this to the Epic pretty easily. Will post when done.
Done. Made a couple of changes. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=9972311#post9972311
Hi everybody...Months ago I used a custom ROM for my MK16 based on Jelly Bean. I wanted to replace Trebuchet with Nova so I did it but I had to sign the complete ROM using the tool from the picture, But now I'm working on a "transformation pack",consists mainly of system apps.
The .zip must be signed? I don't know where this tool came from, Can I use it? I have never signed any zip before so I don't know if it has any advantage over a similar unsigned zip.

You shouldn't need to.

System apps do not need to be signed, however apps, that you want to install via the UI, do need signature.
Okay, the stock google bootanimation was really bugging me because the pattern does not do a full 360-degree rotation. so, i fixed it. see preview below:
old version:

"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
my fixed version:
if you can't see the difference, you don't have OCD about little details like i do
see attachments for download.
bootanimation.zip is just the boot animation file if you want to push it to your system partition manually.
google_bootanim_fixed_flashable.zip is flashable via TWRP or CWM.
enjoy!
I see the dots going around (fully)
It doesnt go in a 360 degree on purpose.
I forgot already everything about flashing and haven't used this device for 2 years, but wanted to revive this one now. My phone is stuck on logo but it has still the twrp recovery but it says there No OS and device was not root. Can anyone help me give steps on what to do? As far as I remember, I had hard time reviving this one before but had given up so it was not used for 2 years. My device is a korean variant. Pleaseeee! See attached picture for few details that I can and only know to provide.

You can't. It becomes protected after boot which is why you use magisk modules to do modifications in root prior to a full boot. I think this change happened in Android 10? Don't quote me on that.
