So I have been stalking swappa for almost 2 months now. Every person that puts a note8 up for sale, none have the right rootable os version. So I figured I'd ask here, anyone have a rootable Verizon note 8 for sale? Need it to be in good condition as it's my dd. Please let me know if you do. It needs to have android version 7.1.1 or lower.

So with the 6 month wait almost over I have a question about this program.
I currently have the Note 2 and really want to try the Moto X Dev edition. Well, as we know it isn't available from T-mobile, so can I turn in my note 2 and just use the moto x or do I have to get a new phone for the Jump! program to work? Thanks!

they'll only take it as a trade it in if you are purchasing another phone through them. If you trade in your phone the remainder of what you owe is erased and In effect you would be starting over with a new EIP with the new device that you are purchasing from them
Ok I just got the Note 4 and I honestly hate Touchwiz I wanted the Nexus 6 64 but couldnt find it. Had a One Plus and it fell apart within a week but I love Cyanogenmod its way better than Touchwiz when is it coming out? Why is nobody else talking about it?

well sorry. but people have been talking about it. however if you look at the forums you would know that att and verizon version of the note 4 has a locked boot loader which prevents rooting. so unless you have the t mobile note 4 right now you are stuck on a stock phone hope you enjoy it more then the one plus
I figured this would be the perfect place to post this. I'm desperately wanting a new phone that is unlockable. I am on the Note 3 and I just miss having an unlocked phone which is why I don't want the Note 4. I'm looking at the M9 and the soon to be released G4. In the honest opinion of the people who own the phone, what would you guys recommend? What are the strong and weak points of the M9?

I'm selling my Note 4 Developer Edition, but I don't know what to ask for it. Normally I'd use Swappa as a fair guide, but there are none for sale there. Any ideas?
Steve
There was one on Swappa for 1000$ lol.. Must've sold. I'm sure someone here will buy it for a pretty penny.

I'm definitely not interested in the Note 4 DE. My phones are powerful & fast enough and as long as I can run Nova Launcher I'm good. Good luck trying to sell it though!

I can offer you $200 for it. Let me know
Pretty straight forward...anyone see any news or rumors of whether or not there will be an LTE version of the device? Just returned my Nexus 9 for a full refund since it falsely states it works with Verizon and doesn't, so I'm hoping this might be my replacement.

Looks like it's not... When n9 was announced they said WiFi first with LTE at a later date. You got n9 again though

There's references in the source code about booting the LTE modem if present on the Pixel C, but Google hasn't announced anything yet.
Also, Verizon LTE works on Nexus 9 on Android 6.0.1

Haha thanks...I'm aware. I started the first thread and was the one who spent all the time troubleshooting the damn thing before finally giving up and returning it lol.
I bought it again on sale though since I think a Pixel and a Surface Pro are going to be overkill to have both.
