Enable quick charge 3 on Pixel Experience Pie or LOS 16

Is there any way to enable quick charge 3 on Mi Mix2 with custom ROM PixelExperience_Plus_chiron-9.0-20190927-0553-UNOFFICIAL by Andy Yan?
I do not know if it is enabled, but my official Xiaomi QC3 charger is completely cool when charging the phone with Pixel Experience ROM (same with LOS16) comparing with the heat that charger had with the latest official MIUI11.
Which custom ROM supports quick charge 3 or Kernel ?

I have bought a Mi Pad 5 few days ago with a 22.5 Watts Charger.
Today i discover that when i connect my Mi Pad 5 to the 120W Charger
of the Mi 11T PRO phone, the Mi Pad 5 goes on turbo charge.
This is a very good news. Who tried it ?

İ have tried my 33watt and it does not charge. Maybe my device is broken dunno.

This is equivalent to the turbo charge of the Xiaomi mi 11 or mi 11 ultra; I only used a Xiaomi charger and cable, it is likely that it does not work in turbo mode with a classic charger

Even if you are going to use 120w charger, it is still going to be 33w on the Pad 5.

You need to check issues with the charging cable, if the cable is damaged, it is recommended that you change it immediately. Or damaged charging port.
