Ubuntu Touch
First things first, this rom is not android based and this build is in pre-alpha stage, in short it's not meant to be your daily driver, you may face many bugs..
Ubuntu Touch (also known as Ubuntu Phone) is a mobile version of the Ubuntu operating system that was originally developed by Canonical Ltd. and is now being developed by the UBports community.

Instructions
It is STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing and please avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup (or with any backup/restore app) as this can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug, restoring regular apps is fine though.
If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience any strange behavior.
How to flash for the first time:
(Again: Don't do it if you don't know!)
1. Boot to recovery (TWRP recommended).
2. Wipe the System, Cache, and Data (and format the data partition!).
3. Download the ROM and transfer it to your device.
4. Flash the Ubports rom zip file.
5. Flash Vendor zip file ( remember to check that you had trebled enabled )
6. Flash halium-boot from bootloader using pc
or
you can use twrp to replace boot image just got to the
Install -> select Install Image ->go to halium-boot image file and tap -> then select boot option - > then swipe to confirm the Flash.
7. Flash halium-ramdisk.zip using twrp.
8. Reboot your device.
9. A password prompt may come once its started and the password is "phablet" , you can change the password from settings.

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 9 (Pie), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
All the source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit out Gerrit Code Review.

lineage-os 9 rebooting into twrp recovery
ok, i might be the only one in this situation: i was running pie pr1 by @SagarMakhar. i installed the latest twrp v3.2.3-0 by @SagarMakhar, rebooted into recovery and made a full backup.
then, having read about flashing vendor.img, proceeded to wipe cache, dalvik-cache, data, system and vendor partitions. flashed the rom zip and vendor.img from pr1, wiped cache & dalvik-cache and rebooted. but, the device kept rebooting into twrp recovery immediately after reaching the home/lockscreen.
so, i wiped cache, dalvik-cache, data, system and vendor partitions and this time flashed only the rom zip and rebooted, but the device stayed at the bootanimation stage. although i badly wanted to run lineage-os 9 on x00td, i had to restore my nandroid backup (which went fine on the twrp v3.2.3-0 by @SagarMakhar) to make the device usable.
hope i get tips here to resolve the above issues and run lineage-os 9 on x00td. thanks in advance to SagarMakhar and others.

I too faced the same issue with TWRP. The workaround that worked for me is that when you have flashed the zips after wipe, dont reboot using the menu given in TWRP. Just press the power button until it reboots.
UPDATE 20180817
Changelogs :
- fixed Music Player crash
- Fixed case where device reboots to recovery after flashing custom zips ( disabled rescue party )

The ROM has GApps persistence in between dirty flashes, so you only have to flash them once!
The root solution should be flashed together with every update (= ROM Update)
Currently Supported Root Solutions:
Magisk stable
Magisk versions higher than 14.0 doesn't require flash on every dirty flash depending on the device, some devices need you to flash it every time unless your maintainer says otherwise it should be fine

Download the MatLog app from the Play Store.
After downloading the MatLog app, go to the app settings, and change the log level to Debug.
Clear all previous logs and take the exact steps to produce the error you are receiving. As soon as you receive the error (probably a force close), go straight into MatLog and stop the log recording.
Copy and paste the entire log either to Hastebin or Pastebin
Save the log, and copy and paste the link into the thread with a brief description of the error.

Yes I formatted everything and even formatted vendor and tried everything there is to it. But right now I'm replying from RROS 8.6.3 for rmx1992. I had to--
1. Erase everything as per instructions provided. (Caused bootloop)
2. Then I had to download realme official (.ozip) from realme website and flash through recovery. (Still couldn't flash on latest TWRP)
3. (PANICCCCCCCCCCCC).
4. CAREFULLY read the error and noticed some "treble" thing. (Did a lot of searching on Google)
5. Flashed ORANGE FOX RECOVERY THROUGH TWRP.
6. Then flashed .ozip through Orange fox and *voila* my phone was resurrected to stock rom.
7. Then flashed rros *official 8.6.3*. ( Must say coming from Whyred RROS, it's disappointing**).
** Disappointments-
1. No FLING navigation.
2. Bluetooth range sucks.
3. Proximity sensor doesn't work and my phone heats up so much within 2 minutes it's unbearable.
4. Google Pay doesn't work.
5. EdXposed doesn't work.
But thanks to Devs for this nice rom, BATTERY BACKUP IS AWESOME.... And CUSTOMISATION is top notch....
Any updates on android 11 based Resurrection Remix for Realme X2 ?

Thanks dev for still maintaining this great device! Is this an official build? The official Evo website is still on Android 12 for dipper.
For this new build no custom recovery and firmware needed?

I'm waiting for pull request finish, but it's already in Sourceforge to download.
About firmware you can follow the guide in installation on this thread.
Sorry for my bad English. I tried to install the ROM with the firmware that is in the instructions and with the keymaster firmware but in both cases it gives me bootloop and the evolution logo does not appear.

Official orange fox recovery for dipper is not maintained anymore, so it won't work properly with newer roms\android version.
Which is the best this one or pixel experience beta ?

the camera is standard in the ROM because by the regulation it is not possible to change it, but you will always be able to install the Gcam you want.
As for the weight of the ROM, this is directly from her and the features that come in it are standard for Evolution X

You tell me
Thank you! I flashed the td1a.220804.031-10171912 version. It started working disabling encryption and erasing the data partition. I am on twrp 3.7
The latest update right now is 220804.031-10191243 ?
Great. Thank you team
worked with twrp 3.7
Phone always keep stuck at MI logo
I'm using TWRP 3.7, what I'm doing is:
- Wipe EVERYTHING
- Flash ROM
- Wipe -> Button "Format Data"
What am I doing wrong?
(Coming from Pixel Experience A12)
EDIT: Fixed it, problem was a i was using Xiaomi's Global latest firmware, it got solved when i installed China stable latest firmware, no sense for me since my phone is global version but... this is it.

Whats the difference between awaken-3.1-triton-lisa-official-vanilla-1320-20221018.zip and awaken-3.1-triton-lisa-official-1240-20221018.zip ???
Can anyone explain why i can't sideload Magisk, and how i might install it???
Ok, scratch that, I got it with the manual patching method
OP, I found a small bug. There's no way to set the voicemail number on the second SIM. The screen is just blank, no options.
It seems as though the haptic vibration stops working randomly too.

Great ROM.... Kudos to the Dev!!! Battery idling is ultimately awesome....
Kindly add Now playing option if possible... It's a request
What are some of the advantages of using this rom instead of pixelOS? I mean both are based on stock android, but what are some of the differences?
How about safetynet?

I had to install the OS, then install the Magisk app and copy the boot.img file to the phone then use Magisk to manually patch the boot.img, copy that newly patched for 6 back to the PC, then replace the original boot.img with the patched one and then finally wipe and reinstall from scratch using the patched file
