Hello,
1. I'm using Global beta rom with twrp and root access and i've downloaded the official global 32gb stable miui 8 recovery zip... Can i flash the official global 32gb stable global miui 8 via twrp?
2. If my question #1 answered is yes do i need to flash supersu zip? For me to be rooted?
Thanks in advance.
No, u must flash using miflash, and if u want root u can use TWRP and flash supersu.zip again.

Which twrp version are you using?
You shouldn't need to be flashing DM verity zips or anything
Literally just download and fastboot flash the very latest official twrp for sagit and use that...
Hi
Question.
I made my own 9.3.28 rom using OSDN script. https://github.com/XiaomiFirmwareUpdater/xiaomi-flashable-firmware-creator.py/releases
My Whyred has ARB 3 (Fastboot getvar anti). Since the beginning, i only flashed 8.1 firmware-less roms using TWRP.
I saw Whyred has Pie update. Will it mess my Whyred if i directly flash Pie firmware less rom ?
I did it on my Platina (Mi 8 Lite), and i had bootloop during 1st boot (crashing processus).
Platina is not affected by ARB. Then i took Fastboot Pie rom and flashed it, reinstalled latest Pie TWRP, magisk root, and everything's ok.
If i crash my Whyred with firmware-less Pie zip, i also need to reflash fastboot Pie rom, and kill my virgin ARB ?
So, it's impossible to update to Pie without destroying ARB 3 ?
So, i'm stuck on 8.1 ?
Use non arb FW update
There's pie beta firmware (9.3.28)
https://osdn.net/projects/xiaomifirmwareupdater/storage/non-arb/Developer/9.3.28/whyred/
Does using non-arb FW really works for updating from oreo to pie to maintain ARB 3?
because it didn't works for me (miui pie global stable with fwless rom & non-arb made using https://github.com/XiaomiFirmwareUpdater/xiaomi-flashable-firmware-creator.py/releases )
I experimenting on this but got bricked because unproper recovery installed.
If you want to experiment, make sure to install proper recovery and disable OTA survival.
Currently my redmi note 5 pro is on miui beta pie build.... When im trying to install pixel experience rom with twrp it showing errors and the rom is not getting installed....
Previously when my phone is running on oreo based miui i didnt faced any problem while installing.
Please tell me how to install pixel experience in rom...
I also could not install the rom pixel by TWRP in miui 10 beta foot. Now I'm back to stable, can I?
I just installed PE(Pie FW) yesterday with orangefox from MIUI Pie Beta, CAF version. OfficialTwrp is not completely supporting Pie Roms so use orangefox or use modified TWRP which supports Pie.
I'm using OrangeFox-R9.0-2-whyred-MIUI-Pie which works perfectly fine Pie FW & don't use it on Oreo FW, there's a seperate one for Oreo.

get PIE TWRP recovery.
boot into Fastboot mode.
boot into PIE recovery using "fastboot boot TWRP-Name.img" in cmd.
Format data.
boot into Fastboot mode again.
again boot into PIE recovery using Fastboot Command "fastboot boot TWRP-Name.img".
If you want to install Latest PE then grab PIE FW.
OR
If you want to install Older version PE then grab Oreo FW.
Flash FW.
Flash Rom.
Wipe Cache/Dalvik.
Reboot.
My ramdisk partition is missing .
It's supposed to be included with stock kernel. Right?
Would flashing stock kernel again help? Where can I find stock kernel (seperately?) How to flash it?
(I unlocked bootloader and flashed Pixel Plus UI in my Realme X 1901 indian varient. Then, I flashed Magisk app after changing it's extension to '.zip'. Getting no ramdisk in Magisk afterwards)
