Hello. Welcome to my simple 3 step tutorial.
Step 1: flash TWRP which stands for team win recovery project and was originally invented for the HTC evo 4g. You can learn how to flash it on your phone from here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/sa...velopment/recovery-galaxy-a5-a7-2017-t3815931
Step 2: flash lineage os 16 which is a continuation of Cyanogen Mod. You learn how to do that here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/sa...t/rom-lineageos-16-0-galaxy-a57-2017-t3876673
Step 3: flash gapps which stands for Google apps. Google was founded on September 4, 1998 by Larry Page and Sergey Brin. Google currently resides in Mountain View, California. You can get Gapps here: https://opengapps.org/
Any more questions? I can gladly try to help.
Yours truly, The SnowFuhrer
How do you root Samsung A3 2017 in room port s9 v2.0?
Just flash latest magisk. If magisk manager wont show up after flashing magisk.zip then you need to download latest magisk manager.apk and install downloaded apk manually.

Any Ideas? Thanks.

Looks like by mistake I installed Samsung J2 2016 stock instead of Samsung J2 Pro 2016 stock. I had also set it up. It has same features and is working fine but it is just showing that my smartphone has 1.5GB of RAM as J2 2016 had 1.5GB RAM and J2 Pro 2016 had 2GB Ram.
Where is RAM size stored in android, so that I can change it manually without needing to reflash the complete OS?
I don't want to reflash the OS completely. Thanks in advance.
