Hello all,
I was wondering if Dash/S620/Excalibur users running the WM6.1ROM still have a need to install VitoCopyPaste. Although copy and paste functionality has been added to WM6.1, I found some places where it was still missing. For example, when creating a signature for email, there is no paste option.
Comments?
Anyone have any input?

copy 590ad244_manila from device (back this up)
rename to 590ad244_manila.txt so that it opens with notepad
open 590ad244_manila.txt with notepad
look for IDS_DATEFORMAT, and modify the date format
<source>yy/MM/dd,ddd</source>
save 590ad244_manila.txt
rename to 590ad244_manila and copy back to device (overwrite existing)
restart Manilla

12bb7168_manila = zh-tw
and for other languages refer to the table below

You can open it directly; right click then open with notepad.

Replace it using TatalCommander or Resco Explorer, not the original File Explorer ..

if your phone already has the files mentioned earlier and they open with notepad then it will work
(it will work with Dutty's 2.6 ROM)

In the WWE Rom I flashed recently, I missed the file eT9.Rhodium.040C.kmap.txt (which can customize the French hardware keyboard). This file is in the WIndows folder of most WWE Roms. Could someone please upload it or sent it to me ?

hello,
after installing last energy rom (thanks to him btw), it seems that it delete every non QWERTY "eT9.Rhodium.xxxx.kmap.txt" files
so i searched, found this thread and tried to delete the existing file and replace it with this one.
doesn't work..i'm unable to delete it
even if my reg key is set this way:
"07FF"="eT9.Rhodium.wwe.kmap.txt" to "07FF"="eT9.Rhodium.0409.kmap.txt
in order to be "sure" that it's not opened ..
so my question how/why can't i delete this file ? someone has a clue ?
edit : well i tried editing the file : no way it's read only...
now i'm clueless, how did u guy's achieve changing it ? editing the rom or something ?

A simple way to install this rom
1. download both files from original link provided up there.
2. unzip version 1 zip file for the whole folder with all the files you need.
3. unzip version 2 zip file and replace the original system.ex2 file with this new one.
4. copy all folders and files from unzipped folder (named Donut) to the root of your internal storage (for touch diamond).
5. delete ts-calibration file and copy-paste startup.txt from Diamond100 folder located in Startup Config folder.
6. simply run haret.exe to access android

and any program I test on Diamond Android it's ruing
and I use Android 2.2 Froyo .
Android on Diamond is a Go
Its high time I feel a seperate section is opened for Android here. As this the most happening place for our little Diam. Also Android on Diam is closing to as stable as possible. With more users testing will encrouge more to develop.
Afterall you guys here made WM6.5 and Sense 2.5 work more stable for the Diamonds and hope they will continue to do so in android also.
What is the MENU key ? i've pressed them all, and nothing...

look, did you backup your stock ROM before?
what ver of CWM?
if your CWM v6.0.1.2, open the clockworkmod folder on your sd, search for "system.ext4.tar.a" file.. rename, remove the ".a" so then it has ".tar" format, open that and extract, look inside the extracted folder, you'll see the system there, navigate to /system/app, copy "PolarisOffice.apk" and copy from /system/lib the "libpolarisoffice.so" file..
put it on your system.. done
