Hello!
Adaway doesn't block ads on MIUI 11.0.6 and Magisk 20.3. It has root and I activated systemless hosts and rebooted.
What can I do?
you should add more host source to adaway, and if you are talking about ads in the browser adaway is not that strong so I suggest you to use firefox where you can add ublock origin addons it will block 95%
You can add all hosts on your private list (all hosts include google.co.id or google.com ) and add systemless hosts on magisk.
First open website / app with google chrome you usually browse / surfing internet , apps you have ads annoying or bother apps with ads
Second you must add systemless hosts on magisk there is screenshot

instead works with a streaming app like radio zu

Just use the stock music play, also download ROM Tool Box and freeze the MusicFx and the Music DSP, forgot the name but is says music something. Worked for me over Bluetooth perfect.

You're responding to a thread that's been dead for months... all you had to do was a search to find this:

A new update to Package Disabler Pro is out.
If you use this app as a step in the method to root, do not update! The following packages will no longer be disablable:

My current version of this app is 6.3. Anything beyond this will make rooting a bit more tedious.

I wonder why this was done?
ALso super annoyed because this is the only reason I bought this app.
And I just broke my phone and got a replacement.
Edit*
I just reached out to the developer and he indicated you can still manually disable the packages.
menu> manual disable> enter package name to be disabled.
he cited "political challenges" as the reason behind this change.
Is this working on 7.0 N? I keep getting license activation fail. Help!
EDIT: fixed. Got an older version.

Font Freak: Bengali Fonts
If you are a rooted android user using Magisk, you're in luck. Some of you might remember the Bengali font modules that were in the Magisk Repo until a few days ago. They are no longer being allowed due a recent change in their policy. As such, I created a dedicated Repo for Bengali font modules. Download links are at the bottom of this post.
What is it?
It is an app in the form of a module for quicker and safer use. So, if you run into any problems, you can simply disable the module. NO RISK!
How to use it?
Simply install the module provided here. It will give you an app called "Font Freak". Open that app and you will find numerous font modules inside. Currently there are 10 font modules (as of 19 May 2019), but the number will only increase from henceforth.
What do I need to have?
Basic things really.
A rooted android device.
Magisk & Magisk Manager.
TWRP (Optional, but important).
Anything to be careful about?
YES! As explained in the description of each module inside the app, you cannot use multiple font modules at the same time. If you have activated two or more font modules at once, your device will go into a bootloop. But this is not deadly at all. You will need to install Magisk Manager for Recovery, which allows you to disable modules from TWRP recovery. Once you disable excess font modules, your phone will boot again.
Is this for Xiaomi Mi 9 SE only?
Not at all. This will work on any device meeting the requirements stated above.

Did you try to simply disable any Magisk module then reboot just to the if the culprit isn't there ? Is Magisk Hide engaged ?
You can also try to fasboot boot the correct boot.img that is already patched too and see how the assertion react
Anyone notice any sound issues since the update when watching videos or listening to music? I have to crank the volume way up and there doesn't appear to be any bass.

Didn't even think of that, been using edxposed for a while and didn't have any issues until now. Found some other people complaining and saying lsposed did the trick and that was it. Thanks!
I'm lost. Spending days without any progress.
I'm rooted running latest Magisk and Shamiko.
But some app still detect root for some reason.
1. McDonald's
2. CIMB (banking app)
Why is McDonald's app still detecting root on my phone?
I've used:
Zygist denylist
shamiko
Magisk Alpha by Rikka
SFN passing basic integrity
Running this app on work partition using Island.
Cleared my download folder
Paused all magisk module (including Smali Patcher)
Momo shows this error:

Most likely it detected unlocked BL
Sorry @aqsede don't have solution here but was wondering how did you hide Momo from detecting bootloader unlock status?
I have Universal SNF and all others mentioned by you. Have put Momo in zygisk hide list but Momo detects BL and few more things.
Hello @mGforCe same here, still cant figure out a solution for this looked all over the internet.

No one replying here too.. So stuck with this problem
There is an LSPosed module called McRoot that should help with the McDonalds app
Try magisk universal safety net fix on GitHub
2023-06-10 Face the same error but found no solution all over the Internet.
1.Magisk 26.1
2.Shamiko 0.7.3
3.Zagisk Denylist
4.MagiskHide 1.10.3
But Momo 4.4.1 shows the following error:
