Just remember though, if you hide the app using samsung's default setting, the app is easy to find with a quick search in app drawer...
Otherwise doesn't show but if people know about it then it's easy to find...

This one doesn't work for the people who knows how to use the phone. At least there's a security code or finger print request and also this won't work for the pictures, videos and files, only for app.
Secure folder is intended precisely for this thing

I know I saw it somewhere but I cannot find it.
There is an app that can be added to the MultiWindow that will allow you to open a Popup browser at any time. Does anybody know what its called and where I can get it?

Not possible, what I've done is add a bookmark to my homepage and made it always open in pop up browser
Samsung doesnt have an app for it so that you can open a blank pop up browser, not sure what u mean about multiview...

I use GMD Gesture/SPen control with this, Aircalc, & LilyPad on a launch bar. Works beautifully. (Pop up browser / Calculator / Gtalk+FB Chat)

The icon is on my homescreen. Which means I need to exit an app I'm in, then go to my homescreen to open the pop-up browser.
Is there a way that it can be triggered inside the app I am using?
Oh I see what you mean....no there isnt a wsy ti bring it up like that with that application.
However I'm not saying there isn't another v app that does. ..I just don't know of one

You might consider wave launcher which allows you to open another app without first exiting an app. You have to do a swipe gesture from the edge of the screen to get the apps you would like to choose from.

I root my phone, installed Xposed framework, then Master key dualfix to patch the bug, well I have a Mexican Apk called "Proceso" and before installed the neccessary files to root and patch my cell the apk its working very well, but today when open show in vere very small words that can t read it!!
Please can any tellme why that happen or what I need to do to fix it?
The program dont have settings to change the font, the view nothing...so its not the program...

Because the bug its present...the app "Blue Box scanner" show its unpatched one vulnerability...so why you know its not affected?

you know it can be a false positive.....
Wondering if anyone has found an xposed module or hack that would allow unlocking individual apps using the fingerprint scanner.
For example, I want to lock hangouts so that folks can't get into my SMS without unlocking through the fingerprint scanner.
Enable private mode add your individual apps to it set it up using the finger print
I must be using it wrong because I don't see a way to lock an app in private mode.

Was a suggestion. ..not much experience using private mode but a quick look at it thought that might do the trick for you but guessing I'm wrong. ...have you tried this?

Playing with private mode and can't figure out a way to lock down apps. Not trying to hide them but trying to secure them and requiring the fingerprint scanner to unlock them. Similar to the smart lock app.

So woke my phone up last night and found a pop up add out of nowhere asking me to unlock an app. Is there an app I can disable to stop this nonsense? No its not from a webpage that I have been viewing.

So you were in a app … ? Which one?

If it's a notification you can long press on it to find which app it belongs to.

This is the pop-up. When you click on it, it takes you to Play Store.
I have no idea what is causing this.
"fatser": looks like spam/malware. Have you installed any new apps recently?
Are you using ES File Explorer? Seems that one has been showing ads like this.
Definitely recommend uninstalling it and using FX File Explorer or similar.

I have seen the same one and I am using ESfileExplorer. However, since I installed ADGUARD I have not seen it or any other annoying ads.
That's what I believed was causing the issue. I'll delete and see if the issue goes away.

backup the entire folder system/priv-app/samsungcamera6 , delete the apk, then copy this over to system/priv-app/Samsungcamera6

After that set the permissions (id recommend checking the original apks permissions before u delete it)
Reboot, (see if the app even shows up), then try recording 4k, it's around 21 minute record time with stock internal storage, with the 256GB sdcard it should be much more

If you add this line of code:
<CscFeature_Camera_ShutterSoundMenu>true</CscFeature_Camera_ShutterSoundMenu>
to your others.xml file in system/csc/others.xml it will give you the option to disable shutter sound in camera settings.

I only found it whilst looking to change my csc to Australian from Indian. There is more, I added a network speed thingy as well that was mentioned in one of the Rom threads.
Off topic:
I need to know how to install custom themes through samsung themes. Is this something you might know about.
