S-off while in the fastboot menu - T-Mobile HTC One (M8)

Hi,
Is there a way to s-off a HTC one M8 device while in the fastboot usb.
I was trying to flash the device but ended up stacking at the logo. I decided to fastboot flash recovery and then fastboot boot. This resulted in a situation where if I reboot the phone, it displays the HTC logo and then goes back to the fastboot menu. I want to s-off so that I can flash everything because I tend to think I loaded a boot.img which is incompatible with the soft.

HTC Desire Z does not boot system

Hi everyone. I buy from ebay store HTC Desire Z phone a few days ago and i firstly read guides here, downgraded to 1.34 rooted and S-OFF, flashed cyan 7.1 firmware from clockwork. I use phone 2 days and when i turn on gps and found that it did not work. I reboot to fastboot (adb reboot fastboot) for flash radio, and now phone not booting, just HTC logo and vibration then restart. I can only go to hboot menu via vol- + power on buttons. I turn on many times, remove battery 1 hour but no result. I search here on forums, but not found any info about flashing in fastboot mode. Pls help, how can i S-OFF now? Bootloader can't see PC10IMG.zip on sdcard. I try to flash in OEM REBOOTRUU mode but no result. Is there any methods to s-off in fastboot mode, or changde cid or know CID of sdcard without htc phone? I downloaded 3 shipped roms renamed and put to sdcard, but bootloader can't see that file.
In hboot menu this

[Q] I RELOCKED my phone

Hello guys.
I wanted to go from Cyanogenmod to Android Revolution, so I followed this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=32855238&postcount=29798
My cidnum is HTC__Y13, so I thought I was good to go.
I did the two first steps: Relock your device using fastboot: fastboot oem lock
Enter OEM flash mode using fastboot: fastboot oem rebootRUU
and it went fine, I got the black screen with the HTC logo..
But the firmware link was down, so I wanted to cancel and use JB FW toolkit instead.
I restarted the phone, but now it's stuck in HBOOT with the following text:

Everytime I turn off my phone and on again, it just starts up in HBOOT. I briefly see the HTC boot screen, with a red text saying something about a dev phone.
Anybody who can help me, so I can boot my phone up and put Android Revolution on the SD-card and get it up and running?
I managed to open it using the Unlock_code.bin!

Here is how to fix it
Download this RUU file which matches your hboot
http://bit.ly/vzwone10
then put the file in your fastboot / adb directory, and rename it to Rom.zip
Put the device in fastboot mode
(Volume down and power until menu appears, select fastboot using power button)
Connect the device to the computer
Enter the following commands from terminal/command prompt in the fastboot directory, one at a time:
fastboot oem rebootRUU (this puts the device in RUU mode)
fastboot flash zip Rom.zip (rename file to Rom.zip)
It will say that the update did not finish, to flush again, so repeat the above step:
fastboot flash zip Rom.zip
Then when it finishes, type "fastboot reboot"
Enjoy.
PS - NEVER s-on your phone. You do not to be s-on for ANYTHING. But being s-on will stop you from doing pretty much everything. The only reason to EVER revert to S-on is to send your phone in for a warranty replacement.
As soon as you finish those steps, go ahead and use rumrunner for your hboot version to get s-off again. Once you are s-off, you can take all your ota updates to get the newest firmware / stock rom, then flash a custom recovery through fastboot, and flash superuser or a custom rom from your recovery. You NEED s-off though. If you were s-off now this would be a simple fix, just flash firmware / recovery and a rom, but since you are s-on you are going to have to go to the matching stock RUU for your bootloader, and start from scratch. Hope i helped.

Tried to install GPE on my M8, nothing working now besides bootloader commands

Tried to install GPE on my tmobile M8. Changed the MID and CID and now I cant reinstall back into a sense rom. CID is 11111111 MID is 0P6B17000

Fastboot works and all and my PC recognizes the phone. I just cant get past the recovery screen and flashing a recovery gets me sent into a loop where the phone is "Entering recovery mode" (Something along those lines )
Would like to be able to change my MID back to Tmobile so I can go back to sense based roms.
EDIT: Managed to get into recovery and changed the MID, am now booting into the stock HTC rom.
