Android 10 GSI's deplete my priv and permissions files of FM radio on Samsung A20. I am having trouble rewriting. Any advice would be so appreciated. Thank you.

I have a interesting project at the moment, for that, I need to 'castrate' a phone in its capabilities.
The phone has some A5 ciphering modes which it supports (A5/3 - A5/2 -A5/1 - A5/0).
Now I need to disable all of them but not the A5/0 (unciphered).
The network will need to take the unciphered method, because it needs to think the phone is not supporting anything else.
Is there a possibility to patch the gsm stack like this?
which phones would be the simplest for doing that?
what do I need? are there any settings, or is real radio patching needed?
Is it possible to patch the radio?

I just installed KitKat on my device and found out it hasn't the FM Radio APP.
I've searched on the backup I did but I haven't found an apk with the FM radio in it.
Could you guys tell me where should I get it?

I like extrememly unbloat and after a removal of quite much apps that i think i and the phone didnt need my fm radio can't work...i try to find something in the logcat but without proper knowlage i couldn't find anything...anyone dare to help??

Can you store your preferred stations in the order yo want or the system stores the stations it founds in the order it decides?
I have an android 5.1.1 heat unit and my app stores the radio stations in the order it decides. I can not change them or just select those I like.
