I'm not getting LTE+ on nokia 8.1, but this device supports LTE+(2CA). Please someone help how to activate LTE+ without rooting..
It activates by itself, I haven't found any differences between 4G and 4G+, 4G+ is just showing when network can prove 100+ Mbps

It won't show 4G just HSDPA at maximum.
I have this problem for my sister's LG Optimus G E975. Not rooted. I've checked that the network (Smart Philippines) supports this phone with LTE with bands 1, 3 & 5. But all we get is HSDPA. I've tried *#*#4636*#*# to manually select LTE only then network unavailable. I don't know how to fix this. Well clearly Im really new here so I hope someone helps. Thanks.
I know in that specific area where my sister tries to detect 4G, there's 4G because I have my Nexus 7 LTE, same network. I do detect 4G connection.
I believe special sim card is needed, which supports LTE. I have one old sim about 4 years old, it does not show 4g networks, if i switch sim, which was sold as 4g card, it shows LTE networks on the same phone.
Maybe you should contact your service provider about that.It is also possible where ever you are,there is no 4G coverage.
My Nexus 5x doesn't connect to LTE at all in Airtel (India). At best it connects to HSPA connection only.
My dad's Moto X does connect to Airtel 4G with amazing speeds. I have tried using *#*#4636#*#* and selecting LTE only but then it shows no service available. Anyone with same problem?

It was previously active on FI and pretty sure it connected to LTE

Call your operator and tell them to activate the 4g service on your phone. You might have to pay extra on your internet plan though.

I live in Italy, I use Vodafone in my mobile.
Some months ago i discovered that Lenovo P2 could handle 4g+, but because of a lack in band aggregation, 4g+ would not work in Italy with It. I even wrote on Lenovo forum, and Lenovo answered to me this:"Only B3+B7 carrier aggregation is supported in P2. Thanks".
In few works, It misses b20 for aggregation.
Anyway. Yesterday i putted another sim in sim2 and...sim1 started to show 4g+ in the places where i had only 4g!
Even on slower connection, It shows E instead of G.
Why this big bug?
So with two sims tethering works in both sims and the phone seems to use a completely different network "protocol"...anyone Can try to explain this?

I am not able to get airtel 4G data while Jio is working fine. I even tested replacing the Airtel sim still the issue is not resolved.
If I use the sim in other phone it's working fine. Can anyone suggest what would be the issue?

Is this phone supporting two carrier aggregation LTE FDd.
Always I see 4G mode not 4G+ while I am under coverage 4G+ dual mode.
